I feel that way, too, Kyrianne. I'm fairly new and juuuuust managed to get my first avatar done, only to discover it's Hallowe'en already and I'm left out of the costume yay. T_T

I just joined yesterday. I could only just afford this skirt so far. It kind of sucks being poor, I don't like being naked!

Play loads of games and post lots. :P I got my avi done pretty quickly once I put my mind to DOING it. ^^;

Unfortunately, most of the Halloweeny stuff is pricey pricey and only buyable in trades until today, so I didn't have a lot of chance. >_>

yeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh Dx and what pisses me off is that the people who made the movie couldn't get the werewolves right DX I regrettably read the series up to volumes 3...I started the 4th book...but I couldn't finish it. but yeah...in the wolves all the werewolves had unique fur coloring...but in the short clip they showed of New Moon, Paul AND Jake had the EXACT same fur coloring...>_< now that's one more reason to hate the movies Dx

Plus, sorry to burst your bubble, guys, but they're not even werewolves. They're SHAPE-SHIFTERS. Werewolves are the whole "once a month under the full moon and turn into monsters without a conscience" shebang. They can't just decide to turn, and they're not human in mind when they turn, either.

It kills me how people think the Twilight series is THE BEST BOOK SERIES EVER!!!!1one!! I mean, I'm all for people who hate reading to get INTO reading with the series, but please... Branch out? Read more books that are actually on award lists? Books that make you think?

I should probably start playing Tetris. I'm awesome at it, seeing as I've played since I was like, four. xD

Tetris is loads of fun. I need to play it more often. *sigh*

I thought Twilight was okay, although it had serious problems, but yeah, it wasn't the BEST book I'd ever read. Not even close. It did really draw you in though. Harry Potter is way better as a series.

@Fairywaif: ...yeah...I guess it could draw you in...but Bella started to piss me off by the third book. And I couldn't even finish the 4th book because Bella became a MAJOR mary-sue by that point >_<

I read Twilight, and I kinda liked the first book, because I was sick when I read it and it was just nice, non-thinking mindfluff. xD But then I read the rest, and they progressively made me more and more sick... Romance books are okay, but... come on. PLOT THEM UP A BIT!

I've never read Twilight I did look at the book once but it went no further than that.

@Butterfly: Oh my goodness, the fourth book is the WORST. It's a horrible self-insert fanfiction of her series, basically. Complete with disgusting demon lovechild.

Not that Bella wasn't already a self-insert to start with... But book four just made it all the more obvious.

I think that I will probably just post today instead of taking the time to play the games.
I'm much more interested in getting the event items!

Hehe, there's a parody of the book, and movie to be coming out. Really makes it look as foolish as the books should be.

I'm currently reading the last Twilight book and at the same time I'm reading the first of Anne Rice's books. The difference is so huuuge. Not only because Stephenie Meyer can't write books.. xD I've also read many other vampirebooks and watched shows, it seems that Meyer stole all her ideas from other vampire books. Of course, except for the sparkly thing... xD
