Deigned refers to when some snobby person actually thinks about doing something.
Like, Betty-Sue deigned to glace my way, even though I was working at McDonalds, and she'd pulled up at the drive-thru in her limo.

If it has been 30 minutes, then the Goddesses will always give at least one star.
Deigned means something like: she'll do it even if she doesn't really care one way or another.

i know but it is always saying that when ever the goddess of song gives me a star.
i mean the other two goddesses smile when they give me a star.
