It's ruffly noodles and beef chunks in a bowl, and it is delicious. You cheesaholics just can't imagine not getting your fix of cheese combination abominations for one meal.

Even if I did want cheese block lasagna, I couldn't eat it because lactose. My disgust with it has nothing to do with the lactose content, though. I've struggled with the look and smell of cheese since before the lactose thing happened. Pizza without cheese FTW.

When my mama makes it, she makes it seasoningless for me. So, so yummy!

No seasoning? Wouldn't that be rather bland?

It doesn't taste bland to me. I'm a picky eater. Seasoning speckles remind me of bugs and dirt, so no thanks. It's troublesome finding my favorite foods without all that nasty seasoning to eat around. If I weren't afraid of the stove, I'd be making my favorite noodle foods from scratch instead of waiting for my mama to do it.

But, like, ranch dressing… and pizza… and fries at most restaurants… x_x Well, I can order fries without seasoning.
