Naw, don't feel bad!
Getting work done is important, and I probably will have to get some things done here in a bit myself.
I'm just fighting the need to get up a bit longer.

She taught me to read when I was three or four because, as a former English teacher, she knew how much better teaching kids to read using phonics is, rather then the sight reading the schools were using at that time. So I went into Kindergarten already reading. She taught me to love the written word.
She also insisted on my using proper grammar, even when I was speaking, until I got to a certain age, and then she gave up.

Hi there Mystic! Awww, hopefully things will settle for you soon.

Crim: Haha, I've not actually asked Alex yet as he's been up with Becca trying to keep her from our bedroom to get me up. They're both early risers, and he's trying to give me a slower start to the morning than usual, which I thank him for. I'll ask him when I get up.

Maria: Awww! :[

Numericaca... gave up as in... satisfied or...? lol.
Wow your mum support you on all types of stories?
My mum is a bit conservative. She don't like bloody story and... fiction. She prefer I read classic like Shakespeare... -__-;;
Especially she dislike that I read novels and manga.

Livivi... aww, that is so sweet.

Yeah, makes me smile. He's my sweetie!

He knows how much of a non-morning person I am and if given the chance the wee one would come in here and make me get up. It's happened many a time. I'm the complete opposite of the two of them, sure, I can get up early if I have to, but I avoid it at all costs. xD Kinda hard to do when one has an early bird riser for a daughter though, so any little bit helps, for sure!

Sorry I got distracted. I think I might have to many tabs opened.
I seem to do that a lot during events & then I forget what I have opened & which ones I need to go back & check on.

Haha, if you had a two year old yelling "MUMMA! Up... Up up!!" and poking you, you'd probably wake up.
She doesn't understand quiet voice, I feel sorry for our neighbors. xD LOL

But yeah, I probably should make myself get up here soon - as I know she'll come looking for me soon, I'm pushing my luck as it is. :P

Xuv: Good luck teaching that to a two year old. Logic doesn't work on her. When you become a parent, usually sleeping in goes out the window. I rarely am I am in bed this late. She LOVES getting me up right around seven am most mornings.

That is evil... No.. -.- I hate getting up, but It'd not be mean to my own child just because I want to sleep in, that isn't what being a mother is about. I will get up if she truly wants me to get up even if I'm a half asleep 'zombie' till she takes her nap and I can get a nap in too.

Damia: I know I have too many open...

xuvrette: more like the or... I was a teenager and started using bad grammar and slang as a form of minor rebellion. :)
She doesn't get why I like fantasy. sci-fi, or supernatural stuff, but she doesn't mind that I read it, as long as I am reading. Of course, she did recommend some of the classics to me when I was younger, but one of the books last books that she had to read aloud to me was The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. by C.S. Lewis.

Livivi~ I know I am evil. At the core, I think I am too lazy and selfish.
Which is why, I start to sympathize my future children, if I ever have them.

Whaa? Narnia? Isn't that... somehow fantasy? It IS fantasy...?
I don't get the previous generation, why they insist on their classics. :<
