"I know both sources, and yes, there are two," Coulson said placidly. "The catch is only that you hear out what we have to offer."

"Two sources," Laurel said, looking at Doreen. "Shit that would make sense, wouldn't it? Different photography styles and frequency of photos..."

"Different settings, different clarities. The one uses mostly a phone camera but the other one could be professional." Doreen looked just as floored. "Alright, yes, I'll bite, I want to know."

Lauren nodded in agreement and looked at Coulson.

"Alright," she said. "We'll hear you out. What's going on?"

"One of your sources is Darcy Lewis. She lives with Dr. Jane Foster, who is I suppose the girlfriend of Thor." Coulson gave them a few moments to digest that.

"The other source is Tony Stark."

That brought Laurel's mind to a screeching halt.

"Tony... Stark?" she asked faintly, eyes wide. "No way. Can't be. You must be wrong."

"I assure you, Miss Ackerley, it's true," Coulson replied. "Mr. Stark actually enjoys it quite a bit."

"Tony Stark. Has been providing us golden little tidbits." Doreen looked flabbergasted. Coulson just smiled a bit.

"Oh god, Dori, the New Years gifset from last year," Lauren said faintly. "With the hats and the party poppers." She looked at her friend.

"That was Stark," Doreen agreed, going from gobsmacked to gleeful in scant moments. "Oh god, Lori, that was Stark giving us pictures of Steve Rogers on Christmas."

"He put our blog on the map," Laurel agreed, grinning widely. "That's so awesome!"

Coulson gave them a few more minutes to get the fangirling out of their systems.

"Well, I have the feeling you may be more agreeable to this idea then."

"What idea?" Laurel asked, looking at him. She was still reeling a bit from the idea that Tony Stark essentially made their blog famous without any hints whatsoever that it was him. It was amazing.

"As I'm sure you've noticed by now, the Avengers have mixed publicity. There are days they're heroes, and days they're vandals. We're trying to minimize the bad days." He looked at the girls for a moment. "We'd like you to help with that."

Laurel paused, considered his words, blinked, and then blinked again.

"You want us," she said slowly, "to be the Avengers personal PR department?"

"Most of it," Coulson agreed. "You'll have help from SHIELD agents from time to time, but yes. Your blog will be helpful, and you may have to do other independent pieces from time to time."

"So, what, we post from time to time about good deeds or something?" Laurel asked, briefly thinking back to their piece on Loki and the mythology and a post she'd put together about the time the Avengers had some help from the X-Men.

"It will be a little different," Coulson said. "Yes, you will post about good deeds. You'll also have to post pictures of them doing good deeds. You'll have to spin things in a nice light, so rather than how much damage they did, talk about how many people they saved. I'm sure there will be other tasks as well."

Lauren considered this, and looked at Doreen.

"I almost want to put up a request post asking for good candids," she said. "Crowdsource the photos we'll need."

"I'm sure there are lots of people with pictures of Cap helping people," Doreen agreed. "I know there are still photos from England floating around, we need to see about getting a few more of those."

"Definitely some of those, before the hype dies down," Laurel agreed. "And we're going to need to get what ones we can ourselves..." She paused, and then looked at Coulson. "Are we still going to be supplied with tidbits from our sources?"

"Of course," Coulson said, his voice dry. "In fact, I believe Stark will feed you even more now that you know and he doesn't have to be sneaky about it."

That made Laurel grin widely.

"That will be amazing," she said. She looked at Doreen. "Should we?"

"Hmm, let's see, we have an opportunity to really help these guys, we have permission from them to blog about them and use pictures no one else has, still, and we're actually going to get paid for it." Doreen grinned. "Hell yes."

Laurel grinned as well.

"Agreed," she said, nodding. "We're totally on board with this."

"Good," Coulson said. "We'll be arriving at Avengers Tower in less than an hour. I have the employee handbooks for you both, and legal releases and such." He pulled out two folders and handed one to each girl.
