Celeste is kind-hearted and quiet. She isn't very easily impressed and she tends to find love and giving-in a weakness. She took in a baby squirrel just this past summer when she was horse-back riding through her father's forest and came across a dead adult squirrel and a baby squirrel standing still by it. She has a weakness for animals and kindness. She tries her best to be head-strong. Her father now lays dying and it is up to Celeste to find a husband so she could take on her father's throne before her uncle, who is nowhere fit to be king, takes it.

Elion is an very strong and loyal ruler of the Laelithar kingdom. Even so much has happen he trys his best but he hopes to find an lady to call his queen. And also to restore some order to the kingdom which is in threat of being take over. He will do anything and everything to show love to the woman that agrees to be his and his queen.

Celeste dismounted her white horse as she straightened out the folds in the skirt of her dress. She handed her riding whip to her butler as she took off her gloves. "Supper is awaiting you, your majesty. Do you want to eat it with your father again?"

Celeste shooed the horseman away and grabbed the reigns of her own horse, walking it into the royal stables. Her baby squirrel, William, poked its head out from Celeste's riding satule. "Well of course, Jacoby," answered Celeste as she put her horse in the correct stall in the stable, soon taking off the reins and next the saddle. She soon followed Jacoby inside.

"Tell Guinevere to bring the food up immediately," ordered Celeste as she entered the castle, made her way up two flights of marble steps, and down a long hallway to her father's bedroom at the end. She knocked, waiting for permission. And when her father called 'intrude', she opened the double doors and entered. On the bed laid her father, dying.

She sat down beside him as he immediately took her hand. "Celeste...you must promise me...you will find a husband...My brother must not...have the thrown," her father spoke softly, taking deep breaths in between what he was saying.

Everyone in the kingdom knew it was time for their king to take an wife. As it was never heard of Laelithar not having a queen at the king's side. Elion sighs deeply knew this very well as it was so hard to find a lady to love. Some was just to rude and always was stuck up for him. He needed an woman that he could love and who wasn't so bratty all the times like he had met in the past.

Elion looks out of the window from his balcony of his chambers. "There is bound to be someone out there for me.." he says to himself. As their was only one more kingdom he hasn't looked on who he also knew was in trouble. He learn of the king's illness and that if the princess didn't find a husband soon it would fall into the king's brother's hands. Elion brushes his hand thought his hair before he turns around seeing his messager was there "Send word to the Kingdom of Avaloch that I would like to see what I can do to help thier kingdom." The messager blows before taking off to deliever to letter that the king had gave to him.

It wasn't long before the king had alas passed away. While Celeste tried her hardest to cope with the situations, her maids and servants packed up her belongings. As said by her father in her father's last letter, she was to visit Laelithar in hopes of marrying the king there to save the thrown. She sighed as she petted the fur of sleeping William in her lap. She watched as his tiny chest rose and fell so fast.

"When are we to leave, Jacoby?" asked Celeste absentmindedly.

Jacoby had been passing through the room to head to the kitchen. They were closing up the castle until Celeste would return with a husband. He stopped in his tracks and looked down at the young girl. "On the morrow's evening, your majesty," replied Jacoby.

Celeste just sighed. She wasn't ready to leave home. And she was as sure as hell that she would never be. She feared of becoming severely homesick with just the first step into Laelithar. But she had forced herself to keep her hopes up high even though her head was down low. She had to hope that something amazingly wonderful would come out of this. "So much for marrying for love..." she whispered brokenheartedly.

Soon night falls as King Elion had learn of the death of the king and already was making things ready for the princess's arriveful the next day but until then Elion heads to bed. He knew this would be very hard for the princess so he knew he would have to do everything to make the princess feel at home here. Elion got dress for bed before he heads to bed.

The carriage had been stopped for about what seemed forever now. They had finally arrived in Laelithar and Celeste was ever-so-scared to step out of the cage. She took in a deep breath as she then leaned over to peer out the carriage's door window. Her brown curls fell over her shoulder and swayed slightly at the gravity intake. Everything seemed...pretty normal. Something she was more impressed with than shocked. She was expecting something of unearthliness. But no. She found normalcy.

"Your majesty, are you going to come out of there at any moment now?" asked Jacoby as he walked in front of the carriage's door, his hand on the handle, ready to open it when the Princess was ready.

Celeste sat back in the red-velvety cushioned seating of the carriage, looking down at her hand she had resting on her lap. Was she ever going to get out of there. She closed her eyes and took in a deeper breath than last time and then nodded her head, motioning for Jacoby to open the carriage door. Outside were crowds of villagers, waiting for her arrival. When she stepped out and her dark olive green gown relaxed at her sides, she looked at the crowd, oblivious to anything at the moment as her mind was trying to register what she should do. Should she walk forward? Wait for someone to escort her?

What.

Jacoby stepped behind Celeste. "Smile, your majesty. They're expecting a happy Princess," murmured Jacoby wisely. So with that, Celeste stretched her lips to a small and soft, yet visible smile.

Elion heads out toward the door of the castle and nods to the guards to open the door. He soon walks out of the them and looks around at the villagers. He knew from the yells and cheers that the princess had indeed arrived. Elion takes an deep breath trying to think of what to say to the princess as he walks toward the others. The guards hold back the crowd as the king walked pasted them.

Once he saw the princess he moves over and bows infront of her "M'lady...I'm deeply sorry for the lost of your father." says in an calm voice before he straights back up infront of her. "He was a very good man an ruler..I'm sure he will be miss dearly." looking over at her. He knew charming her wouldn't be right at this time seeing the princess was here and only had to give her time to settle into this new place. "Allow me escort you inside the castle. I know after that long trip I'm sure you are very tired Princess Celeste." holding out a arm towards her.

Celeste watched him bow before her. Curtious and respectable. So far, so good, in her opinion. She kept her face straight and nodded her head as she curtsied flawlessly in return, showing him a peak at her neck just as her nurse had taught her to do when flattered by a man and showing respect when wanting to woo him. "Thank you, your highness," she said as she avoided his eyes.

Celeste hesitated. She looked back at Jacoby who nodded his head in encouragement. She looked back at the arm of Elion and wrapped her arm back around his. She allowed him to escort her inside as she did her best to ignore the curious and in-awe gazes from the villagers as they passed. She kept her eyes on the ground before her, but her head up high to keep her pride intact.
