it has a gamey flavor but if done right you may like it. :)

it is a bit gamey, a little touch and close to the taste of beef or maybe that is dear though they are not far off in taste though oooo Snake tastes like chicken

ahh deer has a milder taste than beef I would say it is closer to taste to pork and closer in texture to beef

very much so I love to roast it then wrap it in foil with a touch of butter and herb then set it into the hot coals as they cool it smokes it and adds a lovely flavor. You can add little potatoes to it as well or mushroom buttons so good. >.<

anyways i just need a few more posts to get the new ei then i am off to bed lol
