It can be difficult. I can't speak, read, or write Korean. Getting lost here isn't fun, but enough people around know English that someone will come help me.

oooh. that's good that enough people speak english! when i was in tokyo not many people spoke english at all and i was having a hard time. >_<!!

When I went to Osaka, Japan to get my E2-Visa... I got lost once and learned that those who were around only knew like three English words... not helpful. So I am grateful that Korea is making such a big push for its children to learn a second language. Most know a bit of Japanese or Chinese as well.

oh that's great! maybe i should visit there instead. haha

no other country i ever went to ever spoke much english.. but japan was the worst. LOL

They stop to get something to drink or eat sometimes. It's annoying, but I figure they have to drive all day, they have to eat/drink, so whatever.
