What did you just put in your mouth?!!

I am diabetic, so I have to be careful what goes in my pie hole!
I do try to be good but it is very difficult

so this is a place to type what I plan on eating
or what bonehead thing I jammed in there!

Feel free to join in with me
maybe we can save each other from ourselves!

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!!♥

Anytime hummy. Speaking of pringles... I usually set aside a container as a single meal
My body reacts violently to chips though (I always somehow manage to get a piece stuck in my lungs every single bite) so I really shouldn't even be having ONE.

You should still eat hummy. I know how you are with not eating >.>

I just made "Molten Shrooms". Broke off the stem and stuffed them with cheese before baking them in the oven
I don't know if it's good or bad for me but it was worth it.

So, at what age is one free to throw healthy diet out the door?
Daddy, rest his soul was told he had just weeks to live for due to lung cancer.
When we got home from that appointment he said he wanted some potato chips. So my wife says, but Jeff(daddy) u ain't supposed to have salt or potato's.
Then I piped up. Hey, good news! Daddies off his diet for the rest of his life. Yays . Daddy thought it was funny. Well&he wanted the chips.
I went&got them.
From then on we gave him what ever he wanted to eat till he died.
He died at77 on fathers day of 07. He lived a good life.

I find it best to never diet. Simply to find healthy foods you love to eat.

Of course... the real way to stay healthy is to learn to not binge on deliciously unhealthy food when it's present.
That is where I hit my roadblock.
