And to add to what Fiarra said - it's partly to make more items available to both sexes/genders and also just to make sure our older items meet the same high standards as our current items. :) If you look at a side-by-side comparison between the old items and the new ones, it's a huge improvement.

All of our pixelists are redoing the items.

Rares (Contribution Items, Limited Edition items, and event items) will not be touched.

The harem headdresses, the white face veil, the skirt and the sleeves have been updated so the whites are whiter

The long white scarf has also been updated :)

No, those just got bleached. The prep shirts were changed to having one male and one female so if you owned one of those before it is now a male shirt.

No limited item will be touched that way, only to make them fit the male bases but thats all :)

Few reasons;
- Need to fit the new bases
- Need to repixel all the items that are glitching (tool shaded items, so the really old ones)
- Bring them up to standard with the current pixeling

I just checked out the recolored Prep Shirts, at first I thought they were just resized, and I must say they look great! The colors are brighter and we're able to match them now, thanks! ^^

On another note though... would we be allowed to ask for a specific item to be recolored in a specific color? xD;

@Creps: That was half the point of repixelling them. The colours they were currently in, or the shade, barely matched with anything. Now they should match much better than before.

Aww, I have the purple and white prep shirt and now it's not a nice shade of purple anymore... :( I don't like the lilac nearly as much. I bought it specifically because it was that nice dark purple... Ah well. *goes to PM Juru*

I'm also glad to see we're getting announcements to clarify on the yellow banner ones.
The prep shirts, are definately brighter, I've yet to see the white pants, but I have high hopes.

The older version doesn't really appeal to me, too dingy (if REALLY don't know how to spell the word, refer to the Cheers commercial x' D ) and meh...
