Zain hummed in agreement at Miki's words. Her perfume was soft, but it suited her so well. He pulled her a little closer as he danced, not even noticing the few eyes that were on them. Most people wouldn't care what people did in a casino, they had their own interests, but a few people were bored and found the site of two people dancing out of place and curious. He lifted a hand through her hair, enjoying the texture of it and the continued plague of Miki's scent. "You should always show me this pretty side," he murmured before continuing to speak without realizing the significance of his words. "You're too special to be hiding it all the time."

"Are you sure about that? I work for you all ready it would be odd to dress up just go to work." Miki says having pick out her words out carefully before saying it. the woman wonder if her boss would recall any of this later on? this was her first time seeing Zain drunk after all. not knowing how his memory would be after the buzz is gone so to speak.

"Exactly, you work for me. So you have to do what I say," Zain hummed low in his throat. At first he was doing a good job of dancing and his feet right for the most part. He wasn't that drunk after all, considering how outrageously drunk he often was at other times. But it seemed he was starting to get sleepy and he was starting to miss steps, nearly stepping in Miki's feet instead. What was it about Miki that was pulling him into a lull like this? He wanted to stay dancing with her the entire night even if the thought was impossible and he knew it even in his inebriated state.

Miki try's to make sure Zain dose not step on her feet. "Maybe we should go sit down. are head back to your place it mighty be getting late by now." she says to him while unsure how much it would cost. for a vip room is price wise since only rich people are famous people. can pay for those type of rooms so they can eat a ton of food plus sleep there.

Zain frowned at Miki and paused in his dancing. "Don't admonish me, woman. I'm not drunk," he iterated. He was having a good time and he wanted to dance, so why did Miki have to act like he was a distasteful drunk? Finally he pulled away and headed back to the bar, slipping one of his hands into Miki's so he could pull her with him. He dropped onto a stool, though he nearly missed it, and waved over the bartender. "Gimmie another scotch. And get my lady friend something to drink as well." He was not nearly done partying for the night.

"I did not say anything like that at all Zain. I'll take white russian please go light on the vodka." Miki says while takeing a seat near her boss. she wonder what time it was by now? good grife if she did not go home to get some rest. at the same time she felt hungry right now. she wonder if one could order food at a casino bar?

Zain grinned at Miki. "Aww, I didn't know you drank," he exclaimed as he wrapped one arm around her waist when she sat down next to him. Maybe she wasn't the perfect good girl she seemed to be. He wondered if she would stick around and have fun with him all night. Maybe she would just get fed up with him and leave, it wasn't like he would hold it against her if she did. He also wondered how long he could party before he became too much of a mess too. Either way, he intended to keep going until he either passed out or Miki left.

When the bartender came back with their drinks, Zain downed most of his in one gulp. Then he turned to Miki. "Are you going to stick around all night?"

Miki takes her drink in hand takes a long sip form it. "I only drink rarely so you mighty not see me drink to often." she says to Zain while giggling softly with a smile on her face. after she heard him ask her his question she thinks about it for a good while. takeing even more long sips of her drink. "If I'm still on the clock for work then yes. if I'm off the clock I will leave in couple of hours to get some rest. hey bar keep you sever any food here?" Miki ask the bartender the way she would if she was at a club. with some of her friends since they bugged her to pick out what food they should eat.

The bartender nodded and brought a bowl of pretzels and set them down between Zain and Miki. Zain was too busy drinking to bother about the food even though he hadn't eaten in some time. He rarely mixed food and alcohol though unless it was caramel or whipped cream. He chuckled to himself at the thought of what he could do with that, except he wasn't around any women who would play around with food. He glanced sidelong at Miki. Definitely not her. He sighed and turned a little more serious. "You don't have to stay if you don't want to. I can party by myself just fine, just like I always do. But..." he paused to finish his drink, though it was just as much to gather his by now rather muddled thoughts. "I would like if you did stay."

"What you party by yourself?!?!" she says to him in a shock tone of voice in disbelief. truth she thought he would call some of friends to party with him. even some ladies that he knew to hang out. "I'll stay with you but if I get drunk. please forgive me if I do anything crazy all right." Miki says to Zain in a kind voice yet had slightly. let him know she can get drunk if she felt like it which is really rare. much rarer then seeing her the way Zain had seen her. early today in that white dress with gold trim slipping off of her body.

Zain chuckled at Miki's disbelief. She was right and he was surprised that she called him out on it. "Fine, I party alone in the company of many other people," he said because that's exactly what it was. Him and a bunch of other people, but he was alone in the end. It was a deep thought he could only have under the influence of alcohol. Sober he would deny such a thing. Zain shook his head and ordered another drink. "You, get drunk? I'll believe it when I see it!" he exclaimed. "Not like I'll care anyway. I'm drunk remember?" If he continued like he did most nights he partied, he wouldn't remember half of tonight.

Miki put's her drink down then start to grab some of pretzels. to snack on them it was better then nothing. plus the salt makes you want to drink more at times. "To be fair I never been around you when your drunk." Miki say to her boss while garbing a hold of her drink. then down the rest of it quickly in a few gulps. she orders a stronger drink but knew she could handle it. yet if she has to much of the hard stuff lets just say. Miki has once hook up with a guy when drunk.

"I suppose you've only see the aftermath," Zain said with a half smile, half wince. "That's worse than seeing me drunk, so you have nothing to fear." He shamelessly stared at Miki, only half noting that she ordered a stronger drink. If he were in a more sober state of mind, he would have made a joking comment about it, but he could only think about the lights striking against Miki's hair and creating a golden glow all around her. He reached out a hand and grasped one of those golden lit strands of hair and felt the silky texture. He could feel himself leaning closer to Miki, his hand still in her hair. This was bad. He was about to do something stupid and he knew it, but he couldn't stop himself. Without thinking, he pressed his lips against hers.

Miki was shock with just had happen her boss had just kiss her. on the freaking lips besides the fact his hand was in her hair. Miki push's Zain away quickly she did kiss him back a little bit. only cause she was confused by why he kiss her. "Dammit I think I'll go hit the buffet if you want to join me you can. this bar food won't cut it that well for a dinner. just to warn you I'd be leaving in five hours to go home for some rest." she says to him quickly in a soft voice,yet finish off her drink. after a few more swig's to down it trying to make her self. forget about the kiss not wanting to wait for feelings to start up about her own boss.

Miki pushed Zain away and for a second he was stunned. Normally he was the person no one said no to. Then reality hit him and he sobered slightly. He'd just kissed Miki. Miki of all people. He groaned and dropped his head onto the bar, enjoying the coolness it offered. "Damn it, I really am drunk," he muttered. "Do whatever you want. I'm going to go home and sleep this off."

He pulled himself shakily to his feet and took quick staggering steps away like he couldn't get far away fast enough. But he had to pause and reorient himself. He was probably even drunker than he had thought. Part of him badly wanted to walk back to Miki and kiss her again, to say that five hours was plenty of time for them to get closer. The stronger part was telling him to get away because Miki wasn't the kind of person you fucked around with. Somehow in his mind, she had become special. How was that even possible? Was it the alcohol talking and making her seem like the perfect ideal? Either way, he felt like he couldn't treat her like he did other women.

Miki had heard what Zain said to her and understood he was. going to head home to sleep that would be wise for the both of them. she walks off yet was lucky enough to walk with out falling down. but ugh she left her car at Zain's house she would need it to get home. she walks off to the buffet then get's in line to wait. so she can get some food in to her stomach maybe even get a to go box. pack some food in to so she would to have to rush to work later on today.

She was confused by her emotions was she starting to crush on her boss? if so how would this turn out bad are good? plus he was the lone shark she is working for. to pay off her family's debt form the loan they got form his father.

Zain made a wobbling line out of the casino and called himself a taxi. He was stupid when he was drunk, but not stupid enough to try driving home. Oh well, the car would probably still be here tomorrow. Once he was situated in the taxi, he slumped down in the seat. He was stupid drunk, that was for sure. Would he even remember this tomorrow. He felt like even five minutes later he might forget though for some reason he wanted very much to remember. He finally made it home and slipped into bed without turning on any of the lights or bothering to lock his door. He didn't care about anything but sleep.

Miki had waited in line for ten minutes the paid to enter the buffet. she stays there for about a half hour eating her fill of food. but ask for a to go box filling it with some breakfast food. as well some food she could have for a quick lunch. after that she started to leave the casino floor to get a taxi. she took the taxi to Zain's place then paid the taxi diver. she knew she was not to drunk any more then early she was a little.

The young woman unlock's her car then start's to drive home. she was careful on the way home all the way. once home she lock's her car up. before heading to her front door thank goodness she lock it the other day. she hope Zain would not call her up later on this morning. Miki would be able to work later on in the afternoon.

Zain slept through the morning as he usually did when he drank. In the depths of his room, the thick curtains could hold back the sun well into the day which suited him just fine. He groaned and nearly decided to go back to sleep, but just as he focused on the alarm numbers that read '10:52', he remembered last night. Drinking at the casino, dancing with Miki in the golden lights, the way lights and darkness tilted together...then, the mostly obscured memory of kissing Miki. He sat up in shock, ignoring the way his head swam and hammered. "....Shit...."

He slipped back down into his covers. Maybe she wouldn't come to work today? She was probably offended that he had done such a thing to her...though she didn't seem the type to quit work for anything. Zain didn't want to deal with this. It had just been the alcohol talking because it wasn't like he was starting to fall for Miki in any way. Either way, he fully intended to pretend that nothing had happened last night, to just 'forget' all about the kiss.

Miki slept most of the morning away she woke up around twelve pm. she sighs out softly wondering if she should try go to work? truth be tolled she felt like staying home today get a few thing's done here. thinking that her boss mighty not care if she dose not show up. she get's out of her bed knowing she'd had enough sleep by now. then start's to get ready go take a nice hot shower to start her day.

After her shower she got dress quickly and walks off to her kitchen. grabs something to eat for a late lunch. but took her time with it but planed. go to her old job bring back the uniform since she had yet to do so. it was all ready clean plus looking at the animals she use to help. take care of would help ease her mind a bit form worrying. she was going to have to pay her bill's soon knowing. they where do sometime this week any way so that had to get done.

By noon, Zain's hangover had lessened its grip on him. He tried to do some paper work and figure with money, but honestly it just made him want to eat the papers and unhook his phone. He was terrible at his job, but at least he'd gotten calls from multiple of the losers from last night. Zain could lend them some money with a hefty interest, but he was too lazy to be threatening to make sure the debt got paid up. Perhaps later.

Stretching out his legs, he stood to get himself another cup of coffee. The walk to the kitchen didn't seem like enough. He didn't think that Miki was going to come today, so he decided he might as well make himself scarce as well. Grabbing his wallet and calling a taxi, he first went to the casino to retrieve his car, then decided that he would head downtown to do some shopping. It would do him some good to walk around at look at all the little shops there.

After having her late lunch she walks back up to her bedroom. grabs her purse and old work uniform bring it back to the pet shop. once she got that stuff she starts to head out of the door. to her car but had forgotten to check her mail box the other day. she lock's her house up walks to mail box. garb what mail was all ready in it knowing it mighty be a bill are some add's.

Miki look's trough the mail mostly add's as well some bill's. she could pay them while in downtown today. at there different places that she could pay the bill's. she had been thinking about getting a pet lately but wonder. would it be the right thing to do before she finish her current job? knowing she may not be home as often in the day time. she get's in to her car while trying to think it over. turning the radio on to try listen to some soft rock music.

Zain parked his car then started walking through the shops. He had just finished buying some new clothes--because he was one of those guys that liked shopping for such things--when he realized he had wandered into a familiar area. Across the street was a friendly sign with a cat and a dog on it. It was the pet store. The store that he used to stop by and harass Miki at.

Without thinking about it, he found himself crossing the street and entering the store. It wouldn't hurt to look around for old time's sake. Maybe he would even buy something, although he had no interest in an irritatingly cute and fluffy pet. Instead, he wandered into an aisle and found himself looking at an assortment of collars, leashes, and toys. He picked up a particular pink and blue collar with a heart shaped tag on it. Grinning, he wondered to himself if he could find a use for something so cute.

Miki finds a parking spot then start to get out of her car. she walks to the pet shop the bell chimes as she walks inside. "Hello Mr.Miller are you here?" Miki call's out knowing sometimes he was in the back room. she had not notice that the animals where a bit quite then normal. she wanted to get this over with first before going to pay her bill's.

Mr.Miller the pet shop owner walks out form the back room. hearing someone call out his name form the front of the store. he wonder if it wads his former employee that had quit for that other job? if so at least she was bring back that uniform. he was going to get a new person to take her place soon.

Zain looked up from his bored explorations of the aisles when he heard a familiar voice. A grin broke out on his face and he slipped quietly to the edge of the aisle until he could see that Miki was indeed in the pet store. What a wonderful coincidence. After a few more seconds of silently watching, he stepped out into view.

"Well well, if it isn't Miki. It must be fate that placed us in the same store," he crooned as he twirled the pink and blue collar around on a finger. He hadn't put it back because he didn't think to, but now an idea was forming in his head. "I wonder...would this cute thing fit you?" His tone was disturbingly innocent and curious even though his smile was devious.
