Whether it's small annoyances on the forums or wacko methods of encouraging yourself to save up gold, we all share some habits that pop up from being part of an avatar website. Sometimes it's just plain fun to talk about our strange little experiences and have someone else suddenly realize

so take advantage of all the great stuff around ya.
In this forum, each NPC is getting their own thread. When you start making memes, post them in the appropriate place! Stuff about that Afro weirdo will go in the Donkey's thread, cutesy gunk with Cessy will go in Cessy's thread and so on. Just pick out the main character in your meme and post it over in the right place.
But my meme has more than one NPC!
Then use yer best judgment and pick the thread that best fits the meme. Even if more than one person is featured, the joke probably suits on of their personalities better than the other.

But if there's enough demand for another NPC or themed thread, I guess I'll make a whole new one and sort all the appropriate memes into it. Just make sure you scan the forum before posting.
I was sad about so few entries so I posted some anyway, even though the deadline has past. it makes me sad. I think maybe peeps didn't realize this was even here. oh well!

edit: i'm ignoring that this was a limited time event because i want to use these meme templates and the threads are unlocked so i think this is still the best place to post them!

it's all pretty concise and blurby, and there are links to all the NPC profiles, so you can go to their stats and see all their old posts too to get a feel for their personalities. the lore is also largely hidden in event threads, those are really fun to go digging through.

the most important ones are the Citizens, they're the only ones who really talk, although a couple shopkeepers are around too, like Lise and Nalin Sun and Cain/Abel (who goes by both names interchangeably)

same!! i remember when that feature was first introduced, it saved me so much stress of checking timestamps. and it's nice to be able to override it too for like setting up new threads and stuff
me too it's always fun to try to guess which mod is playing which character, you can tell they have so much fun with it. i mean.... the mods don't play the NPCs, they really come to life
Yumeh actually walks across a keyboard like "zzzzzfffff yyyy6777 7-7----- ....;;;;p[pp" into a cat translator and it pops out the other end as *actions*
