Danelle followed the things farther into the forest, and walked deeper into their crowd. She said nothing as they went to the floral lot, and as they flew into the trees. She looked around, temporarily confused but figuring that there was something important going on. She extracted her claws and ran up a tree, startling a a bunch of butterfly things. They backed away from her. She thought they were making room for her. She sat with her tai held high and she looked through open spots of the tree's leaves. A man, a human man, was walking through the forest. "Look!" she yelled, "That man is lost too! We need to help him!" she said to one of the male fairies next to her. It cocked it's head and put it's finger over it's lips. Danelle jumped down from the tree, and ran toward the man. "Oh thank goodnes-" "Halt! Who goes there!" the man said, turning around and staring into Danelle's soul. She froze, startled by his actions. "I, uh... woke up on this island and now I'm trapped here-" "Ah, yes. It's you." the man said, cutting Danelle off again. He walked over to her and yanked her arm firmly. "You are coming with me." he said, dragging her back the way she'd come. she walked pbediently, mesmerised by him. He was extremely gorgeous, and his strong grip made him more mesmerising. If he'd stop cutting her off, maybe they could get along.

Alex followed Ouai up into the tree where he saw that Denelle was being carried off. HE growls a little wondering what to do. "we have to do something." he whispers very quietly. His wings seem to be slowly spreading out, trying not to hit anyone at all. His eyes seem to be glowing a dark green.

Ouai settled into a launch-stance and then took off, flying as fast as she was capable and impacting the two, plucking Dannele from the humans grip and crashing several yards into the forest on the other side.

Alex was surprised to see that Ouai take that chance. he growls though waiting for Denelle to run away. Hoping she is smart enough to do so. Has she never heard of 'don't talk to strangers' or 'stranger danger?'

Danelle watched as the man grabbed a gun swiftly from his pocket, and she ran toward him and knocked him down before he could shoot it. "A pirate!" she said, seeing the ugly gang sign spray painted across his shirt. She extracted her claws and scratched his face like a wolverine. It bled and he screamed in agony. She placed her paw back on his arm, where it'd been before as she straddled him and she pinned him to the ground. "You came here to raid the butterfly people!" she said, seeing the man from before in a tree. His tall body was not well hidden. Danelle scratched the man again, this time on his mouth. He screamed again, now unable to talk. Danelle jumped off him and grabbed his gun, then guided him back to the island. She saw his ship. It was the one that she'd seen on the ocean earlier. She pushed him into the salt water that surrounded the island, and he yelled in pain as the tangy liquid filled the gashes in his face. Danelle kicked him and he floated toward the dock that the boat rested on. He got up, whimpering in pain, and scrambled to the ship. A few other pirates, weaponless and scared, ran to the deck to see what had disfigured one of their best men. They looked shocked and turned the motor of the ship on, then fled, trying to get away from the wolf/cat/woman.

Alex jumped down and followed keeping his wings closed now and watching from afar. HE got closer as they revved off. "Was that wise?" he says sitting down. his wolf form seemed scary but strong at the same time. His green eyes make him look calm some how. He growls at the pirates and started to wonder if they were really here for Ouai's people or something else. he has a feeling that Ouai is not telling them something or the fairly people are protecting something.

Ouai sat in the ground, looking forlorn. those humans were part of the reson no one ever came here, the reason none of her people bothered learning human languages any more.

Danelle walked back into the forest, passing the people who had followed her to see what she was doing. They backed away from her when she looked at them, as if they were scared of her, but then an old fairy walked out from the crowd. He let out a loud below, one that shocked Danelle. Her eyes almost popped out of her head. Then, all the other fairies did the same. They were like loud sirens. Danelle covered her ears and thought they were about to charge her. She got into fighting stance, only to be shocked when they started smiling and flying in the air happily. One of the older women walked to her. "Cel-eb-a-tion!" she said, in broken english. "Celebration?" Danelle asked, confused. The women nodded and grabbed Danelle's paw and guided her to the forest. The other fairies followed. The old woman grabbed a few flowers from a tree and turned from Danelle. When she turned back, she had a pretty lei in her hand. She put it around Danelle's neck, and then pointed to Danelle's heart. "War-ee-or." she said in the same broken english as before. Danelle understood. They were happy that she had driven the men away!

Ouai looked up to see the others leading Dannell to some party. she sighed and followed, unsure of what to expect from the future....
