Bah! Stupid fiance won't be coming over to keep me company whilst I bake. Epic sad and fail. It'd go quicker if it wasn't just me; I need someone to keep me on track. ~_~

Well I'm spending Christmas at home with my mum and her boyfriend. I don't know what I'm doing the 26th or the 27th, but the 28th is my birthday so I'm going shopping and then to the cinema with some friends, also for drinks afterwards. Then I'm going to my dad's on the 29th until the 31st and I'm going out with a few friends for Hogmanay (new years eve). Then I'm going back to my dad's on the 1st and having New Years dinner on the 2nd with my uncle, my dad and his girlfriend (because no-one will be hungover and we'll all enjoy it). I'll be staying for a few days, but I don't know how long exactly. C:

Well today hubby's dad and uncle are coming over. i'm gonna make meatloaf, it's quick and easy. hopefully they don't stay too long. tomorrow we go to my parents house and open gifts. after we open at our house first of course! then monday is my birthday, so prolly have to go my parents again, sounds like my aunt wants to come down and visit. hope they stay home. :stare:

yes Maria, that's why I'm so far from home. To be honest, the only person I miss is Bear, my dog... I wish I could bring him with me, but no pets in the barracks... Everyone else I just talk to on the phone, I should've taught him how to do that before I left.

Aw he doesn't bark at you? I love watching videos of soldiers returning home and their dogs going absolutely crazy because they missed them so much. How long will you be away from home, do you know?

I have another 4 years to go, then I may reenlist. When I went home for Halloween, he went nuts lol.

And awwww <3 He was probably just sooooo excited!!!!

What made me sad is when I left, he did the same thing the first time I went off to boot camp. At around midnight, he woke up and ripped through the door leading to the garage, my poor parents had to fix it again. At least my parents love him, so I know they wont eat him ^_^

Indeed, my mom loves him like her own kids... Actually, come to think of it, we all got names from her... I'm Edwin, my sister is Edelyn, my brother is Edmon, and Bear... Well, she calls him her favorite D:

i was about five and my grampa asked me what was my favorite part of the Christmas dinner,
i told him lasagna.
he looked around and didn't see any.
i was eating a container of cold lasagna.
my gram and family has made one ever since.
