I teach myself--always have.
I taught myself to talk, to read...everything I know, I learned through my own means.
Homeschool wouldn't be bad, though. I've always wanted to be homeschooled, but my dad doesn't have the time to do it himself or the money to hire someone else.

Oh, I see. But not everyone can teach themself. So if they don't go to school, they won't know much unless they just picked it up from the people around them.

XD It's way easy to teach yourself, I think. Especially now with the internet.
School really bothers me, though, because they keep dumbing it down. :\ I really hate the "No Child Left Behind" act because it focuses all the attention on making school so easy that the slowest kid can pass no problem, and it takes away from the experience for average and advanced students.

Advanced Advanced Placement? XD That's some pretty crazy advancing there.
Unforunately, because of our school's budget, we only have three AP classes for the junior year. :\ AP US History, AP English, both of which I'm in, and AP Chemistry, which I didn't take because I suck at chem (things explode and burn and...yeah...I'm a jinx when it comes to mixing chemicals. Can't cook, either). A lot of schools don't have any AP classes, and most districts don't have an AP Prep program (my English teacher is trying to get one implemented at our school). Our AP classes are the only classes even remotely difficult.
The good thing about our school is that it participates in Running Start. It's a nice program, but even those classes are super easy. XD;;

oh wow you have AP chem? I can't even take chemistry 1 till I'm a junior.. now I am .. we don't have AP Chem offered O.o;

Still talking about school guys? I say even if you don't like it or whatever, to get a good job you need schooling so just do it regardless. And I mean don't just do the bare minimum to slide by because you think you are better than school or you think you are a know it all and school is too dumb for you.

Yeah, just tough it out and do college and then take a job and it will be all over with.

And yeah, the budgets are low and schools are cruddy. Unless they are spending the budget on non school related things.
