What is a Round Robin contest?
It's a contest with 10 Participants & 5 Rounds of themed cosplay. Each round there will be an overall winner & 1-2 participants will be eliminated from that round. The last 3 people standing will play off against each other in round 7, and the ultimate winner will win the grand prize, the runner up may also get a little something as well.
- You must be able to commit to 5 rounds. Bare in mind you may not make it through all these rounds.
- If you drop out before your eliminated. You may be denied entry into another round robin contest (unless your absence was for a very good reason).

Judges: Must be able to get scores in within 48 hours of the final avatars being posted. If you do have issues with this, please speak to me about your availabilities etc.
Rounds are made up of 6 days;
3 days to dress up & 3 days for judging.
The time period may be extended in special circumstances. And is usually over a week long in the final round due to there having to be more then 1 avi submitted.
Scores will be posted as soon as ALL judges have returned their scores.
You will be judged on a variety of different things, colour, item usage, layering etc.
We have not worked out an appropriate timezone yet. But that will be confirmed before the contest starts.
Please bare in mind that if there are more then 10 people who enter for this contest you may not be chosen to partake this round. But you may apply for future rounds. As for judges, i'm not sure how many i'm going to have at this stage.

Important Stuff!
Before we get started i'd like to take the time to mention a few things...
First of all this is a cosplay contest, that means that we are wanting to see you cosplay (remake) a specific character with any of the current menewshan items. These can be items that you own, or have borrowed & you may even use MAC if you wish.
You will be scored on 5 different category's, by a team of judges. You will have a specific amount of time to change your avatar and submit your entry. If you do not make this deadline without prior arrangement with Roachi, you will be eliminated. I have tried my best to select the best time zone for everyone from the feedback you have given me. Please make sure you use the entry forms provided (see entry forms above) & follow all Rules and Guidelines.
If you have ANY issues/problems please talk to Roachi immediately.
Things to remember & follow:
1. Make sure you use the entry forms provided, for judges - the voting forms provided (see section above).
2. ALL Entrys/votes are to be PMed only to Roachi
3. Make sure that you are aware of the deadlines. Rounds are made up of 5 days, 3 - for creating your outfit and 2 days for the judges. IF all entries are in before the deadline i may consider judging earlier. But we will all come to an agreement with this issue. Otherwise please utilize the time given.
4. All entries must be uploaded to your own image host. Do not direct link from mene!
Tinypic, imageshack, photobucket etc are all accepted.
5. Each round will have a winner and a loser. The loser will be eliminated and will not be able to partake any further in the competition. The winner, will go on into the next round and will be awarded a round prize.
6. I will allow you to correct your entry forms once per round, if you make a mistake OR change your mind before the deadline.
7. ALL participants may get extensions if required. As long as you don't make a habit of it, AND you contact me prior (meaning with as much notice as you can) to the deadline with a legitimate reason.
8. All participants & judges are allowed to use the banners from the links out section to put in their signatures during the contest.
9. You are allowed to ask for feedback in the thread. However Judges do not have to give you feedback they may choose not to comment. But feel free to ask fellow participants & members.
10. These rules/guidelines are subject to change, because it's late and i've probably forgotten something! xD
