Mr Mayor hardly needs help to look good! PA= Personal Assistant. Basically they're the people who keep other people organized and on schedule. And caffeinated and fed and other things, depending on the employer. The PA for an A-list actor pretty much does everything from keep an agenda to wipe their boss's rear.
