I can do anything with the internet as my resource! Granted, if I were doing it for real on an island it'd take forever to grind fine enough. But you can actually buy bags of cacao nibs and grind them in stages in the food processor and coffee grinder until it's super fine cocoa. Maybe I'll really try that sometime. Maybe next Wegmans trip...
