We were talking about voices because I am diagnosed with schizophrenia, so I hear voices almost all of the time. But lately, I've been doing much better. I just got out of the hospital about three or four weeks ago and my medications have been adjusted.

Ava...I am happy to hear that you are doing much better!

Schizophrenia can be pretty complicated sometimes, there's like three different kinds and anyone can have any mix of symptoms to get a diagnosis.

kinda like the whole "autism spectrum" than. and the different forms of adhd, but they all get one blanket title. Got it.

I spilled tea on my laptop and I was draining it and letting it dry before I tried to turn it back on again. So I'm more than procrastinating. But I won't forget you Ava, I promise

Excellent. I like to that they said that doesn't necessarily mean you have anything. You know what I mean? Ava, have you ever joined like a blog or support group of any kind?

I used to go to a schizophrenia support group on Fridays back in 2013, but it was far away and I didn't really connect with anyone there.
Then I joined an online mental health site, but it was very toxic there... People didn't understand schizophrenia and thought they were doctors and they were very judgmental and fun of stigma.

Then in 2015 I joined another schizophrenia group that was every Monday and it was fine, but everyone there was mostly older so I couldn't relate to anyone and I felt like I was an outsider there. :(

I definitely like that they say that hearing voices doesn't necessarily mean that you have something. So many people on the mental health site that I used to use used to ask if they had schizophrenia because they were hearing voices or they would worry about having schizophrenia for x,y,z reasons. It got old having to keep telling people that hearing voices can be normal for some healthy people.

I like that you keep trying though. One of these times you'll find the right place for yourself. And it only takes one person to bond with to have that kindred spirit with to help you through the hard times. My godmother has depression not schizophrenia but oh my God Ava her trauma is stupendous. And so I guess that's why I gravitate towards you and I want you to know that you're loved and no matter what you're going through or feel I validate you. But I will talk you down from the crazy. And I hope you don't hate me for it. But I never want anything bad
