haha Yeah I need to cut out soda too. But I'll do that after I'm done with being preggers. Lol It's like the only drink I actually want. Besides grape juice. xD

I'm totally hoping that my love for coffee comes back. Ever since I got pregnant I've had an aversion to coffee and for the most part sweet things in general *except cake mixed with icecream and buttercream frosting on graham crackers haha*

Of course I really wont be able to really diet/exercise since I'll be breastfeeding and recouping, but that could give you a good break in period to get back into the whole she-bang ordeal ^^

I'm planing my stuff for today. So far I've had coffee and I'm thinking about half a bagel for lunch and a salad for dinner. Then again I might do soup too. *ponders* hmm choices.

You'll do amazing at it like you do at everything else. Lol <3 They say breastfeeding can help you lose some of the baby weight so we will see how true that really is. xD

you look super cute!!!!!

I am really into fitness lately. I want to get into it and keep active cause it feels great when i do. But I'm so lazy and un confident that I need support, so i figure the best way is to support others first :D
in supporting others i support myself cause i get ideas..

YEs it does. :) a big part of fitness is having a good support group.

My mom..likes to joke and make me cookies when she finds out I'm trying to eat better. It's annoying but I know it's her way of saying she loves me regardless.

my mom is not being a good support group. she watches me exercise and doesn't understand. and she says diets make people cranky so i shouldn't do it...

Took her to chicken chief. They had little flower arrangements they were giving out for moms. IT was nice of them.

I forgot ALL about this little section of Menewsha until I went threw my quest thread.

I have had a huge update to my weight since the last time I posted about it here. I was 156.3 when I started this thread, I ballooned up to 182.6 then I kicked my butt down to the 137.3 I am today. I'd still love to loose about ten pounds, but since it's all around my waist I'm happy with using waist trainers and corsets because my butt and boobs look nice at this size, and if I loose more weight I'll loose tha girls.

It's really kind of encouraging to see how far I came. I know I'll get to my desired 125 eventually. I've been maintaining 135-140 for a few months now. It's just a matter of time and keeping up with my dance regimen.

Dancing is SO much easier to lose weight than regular excersie because it tricks your brain into having fun instead of seeing it like a boring grind.

I found my old art for this journal and put it up at IMGUR instead of photobucket. So it's not a dead link anymore. yay!

Another weight loss thing I do other than dancing is walking with my daughter. We love to walk in nature and take pictures of animals we meet there. Birds mostly.

oh yay, i'm glad you found it! this journal is such a good idea. i love going for walks too, that's my favorite way to exercise. i also bought a book for identifying common birds and a giant bird encyclopedia for the uncommon ones. :>

That's fun. We saw one the other day we didn't know what it was. It had a lovely long set of tail feathers.

ooo sounds so pretty! i've never been able to use it, but i have friends who really sing the praises of Merlin for bird identification, so maybe it can help you find your feathery friend :0

Well, it's good for the time of year yes. A bit cold but nothing a few layers can't manage.

After Wednesday it's supposed to be much worse so we're getting in the outside while we can.
