Agreed. When one enters the world of higher education, I think it's required that they sign an unseen pact claiming that they will wait until the last minute to do homework.

Cept for that kid. You know what kid I'm talking about. The one that always ruins the curve by acing exams. That kid.

I've never had a class that had to use a curve. :/

I have friends who talk about literally getting a 40% on an exam and having it be a B+, which just blows my mind. How are so many people failing so badly that the professor has to curve the grades to make a clearly failing grade almost good?

Nope, they're in their undergrad program still, but they are in pre-med science-y classes.

... I guess... That... KIND OF makes sense...?

Just makes you question doctors and stuff. If you know that there are people who are aiming to be doctors who are scoring less than half on their exams, do they really know what they're talking about?

I had to pull out of the study i was a few weeks ago....wasn't what I was expecting.....that and my student loan wasn't approved

School shouldn't be so expensive. :I.

It is ridiculous how much school costs. I'm relatively lucky with my financial aid, but it's still a lot!

I really think that the world would benefit from doing cheaper/free education for everyone. There are so many people who don't go to university simply because they can't afford it, and with this economy, everyone is terrified of loans. Giving people the chance to go to school creates so much opportunity.

It could help. But at the same time, educated people isn't the same as intelligent people, yanno?
