GIR has a voice actor eh? I somehow imagine that he'd be the type who wouldn't talk even if he was animated. Guess that's a very wrong assumption.

Gir is umm... hes a few bolts short of an ai chip... and when he speaks it shows... but i must say his quotes are the best part of the series
