I read this on the Ao no Exorcist wikia page. Amaimon's name is supposed to be play on the Japanese term for sweet things, "amai mono"? :O

I can't read Japanese, but from hit-and-miss Google Translate, the top line is the person's name (Last, First), followed by the class. Under the picture there's this weird gold box thing, then (I think) it's "True Cross Order" next to that official-looking seal, and "Japan branch" underneath.

I have no idea what's after that, sadly. x_x
