I fell down the stairs yesterday when I came home all tiredlike, and ever since my left foot's a bit swollen x.x;;

It's really easy to fall up. I do it all the time and kill my knee. Usually I have to really trip on something though (like my cat...).

Last time I fell down the stairs I slid on my shoulder blades and heels. Saved me from getting really hurt. I only fell down that time because I was sick and black out for about 5 seconds, which shouldn't be done on the stairs.

I worked yesterday but that too shouldn't be done while sick e.0;; I just had to get groceries today. My luck else I'd die halfway x.x;;
