That's a great way to do it in my opinion. Cause you see it more as a game then something boring as exercising xD

I also find that the wii feels more like a game than a workout when you're doing it with someone else. Unfortunately, I don't generally have anyone to play it with. But the games honestly will make you sore if you do them properly and for long enough. It'll happen to be sometimes just playing them for fun by myself. :lol:

I really like to use it for yoga, too. :yes:

I wish I could play the wii... especially with someone. That is my kind of workout!
