I don't like the fish that my mom cooks for dinner because it's usually hard and chunky. I love picking it off of the bone and eating the fish with leeks and soy sauce! *Q*

@Kaldea: Aw, it's too bad that your mom can't cook fish as well. My mom is actually pretty good at cooking fish, but it's not as good as the restaurant.

@Minuxe: I think part of the reason why is because she buys her fish frozen from the grocery store. Most of the nice Chinese restaurants get their fish live from the tanks they have. ;3;
