Sorry gang, it all of a sudden slammed me in the head that I needed to reorg my kitchen NOW, so have been running around like an idiot. Especially considering I've been here for 6 months, and don't intend to renew my lease in June.

Maybe I should be taking my meds regularly--these bouts of OCD would probably not be happening as frequently this week. I'm on anti-depressants, but have been slacking about taking them becasue I've been on vacation and out of my routine. BLAH @ vicious cycles. :x

*snuggles the twin* I have severe bouts with OCD, too. That and I need to see about counseling once I have medical benefits again. Although I've been feeling pretty good for the last few weeks, I'm worried I'm going to be slammed with depression when I least expect it. *sigh* Vicious cycle, indeed.

Its the book of 2007 badges. You get a special badge for each year you complete. So far the only one I have completed is 2006, and am working on this last one for 2007

Jess and I know a girl with OCD. She was so obsessed with being germ free. It was awful.

It *is* terrible, twin. Sometimes I wash my hands over 20 times a day. I refuse to put away clean laundry or even transfer the clothes from washer to dryer without washing my hands... really strange stuff. I'm sure a therapist is going to have a field day with me. hahaha

Real OCD is a terribly frightening disease. I'm lucky that my OCD is simply a symptom of my depression--it's a control issue. So, when I'm feeling stressed, or having taken my meds for a while, or am going through a bought of depression, I get all obsessive :lol:

It was awful to see this girl go through what she did with OCD. And Ive never sen anything like that since she got it under control. I felt horrible for her :(

It's one thing to be like fruity and wash your hands like she stated but this girl would go to extremes. Not touching door handles, taking 2 hours showers after going to the bathroom, etc. It was horrible.
