Story

The families of the Major Industries of the world have decided that they want to merge their families. Not knowing another way to accomplish their goals, they decide to marry their children off to other children of Major Industries. With the heirs of the companies marry into another company family, the merge would be a success by default. However, the parents ran into a problem. They never told their children that they were betrothed to someone until the day before they were moved into a mansion to get to know each other. With luck, the parents hoped, their children would fall in love with one another. Though the children protested vehemently, they really didn't have a choice in the matter. With no butlers, maids, or any special help, the children have been forced to live like normal, middle class people.

Occupation: Computer Wizard, Computer Tech, Hacker, All Around Computer Geek

Industry: Computers

Personality: Noboyuki comes across as aloof and distant. At least, until you get to know him! He's actually quite cheerful, talkative, playful, and laid back, but when in a group of people he does not know or is uncomfortable with, he is very quiet.

Likes: Computers (duh), Hacking, Rain, Snow, Roasted Marshmallows, Hot Chocolate, Hot Tea, Reading, Coding, Cookies, Cheap Chinese Takeout, Anime, Manga of ALL types, Pizza, Building Computers and Servers, Sake, Music, Video Games, Being a closet Hentai, Cuddles

Dislikes: Judgemental Bastards, Hate Crimes, Labels, Burnt Marshmallows, Coffee, Power Outages, DoA computer parts, Being soaking wet (from a rainstorm), Being cold, Having to take the occasional Cold Shower in the morning,

History: Born in Wales to Welsh native Branwen Yates and Japanese native Akiyama Hiroshi, Noboyuki had them both thinking he would be a spitting image of his father, until he opened deep blue eyes. That was just the start of the differences between Father and Son. Instead of taking after his father in interests, he took after his mother, taking apart anything mechanical or electronic as early as the age of 3. As soon as he was able to do so, she had him learning about computers. He built his first one when he was 6, and his mother was so very proud of him.

When he was 11, Branwen and Hiroshi found out that she was pregnant again. Little Hoshiko was born 4 months to the day after Noboyuki's 12th birthday. The sudden loss of attention from his mother caused quite a change in him, and Noboyuki found himself going through his rebellious stage at an extremely early age. He dyed his hair a variety of colors, none of them permanent, painted his nails a black or a blue, and started to fall in with a very bad crowd. It was only with the help of a girl that, at age 14, he snapped out of his rebelliousness. They were fooling around when they almost got caught, barely managing to escape without being found out. It was then that he realized that the path he was walking down would end him up in some serious trouble if he didn't right himself.

And right himself, he did! He became a better big brother to his little sister, who adored him. He stopped dying his hair, at least for a while before deciding to lighten it, much to his mother's dismay. He also stopped hanging out with the so-called 'friends' who had started him down the path to his almost-downfall. He came to a realization about himself, also. At 15 years of age, he sat down with his parents and hesitantly explained to them that he was bisexual, preferring men and extremely picky about his females. They accepted it as a part of him and still love him dearly, for which he is very grateful.

After he finished high school, he was encouraged by both his parents to take some time off from school. Wondering why they wanted this, he accepted their wishes and held off on applying to Universities. His 19th birthday came and went and still he waited to discover why.

He was shocked when they told him he was betrothed, but gamely went along with what had been planned. Even if he didn't find someone like they hoped, maybe he'd come out of this with real friends, instead.

Appearance: I'm only slightly Fashionable, I suppose. (Imagine a low ponytail in back that reaches the bottom of my shoulder blades.)

Family: Father - Akiyama Hiroshi
Mother - Branwen Yates (maiden name)
Younger Sister - Akiyama Hoshiko (7 years old)

Industry: Preforming Arts

Personality: Meiling is really out going and a fun person, however she does have a bitchy side and can be serious too, however as much as she likes to be serious she can't keep it up for too long unless utterly pissed. She is a bit of a neat freak, and will clean until there is not a speckle of dust on the floor. She is a hopeless romantic too boot, and wants to be in love so badly which is why she disagrees with this whole arranged marriage thing. She wants a boy who is cute, with a good personality. Someone who would be willing to kiss in the rain, or hold hands when running. Not some snotty rich kid her parents want her to marry. She really doesn't care what people think about her, and what they say when she is around with the way she dresses and acts, after all they are just opinions and not facts. Through and through she is a very laid back person who is cool with everything and hates arguments; and too much stress. Music is her up most passion with dancing and acting. As long as you don't get on her bad side she is fine. She doesn't judge people because she hates being judged herself and has a deep care and concern for those who she loves, including friends and family. Honor is a big thing for her and she will do anything to make her father proud. The only time she ever speaks up is when it is needed and supports her beliefs 100% and then, she is really blunt. She has a huge sense of humor like...say the word taco, and she will laugh. It is not funny for no particular reason, I am a pretty bubbly person. I can be quite ditzy at times, and is a center of the party, since I'm such a good dancer and socializing person. Who honest to god sometimes craves attention. She is NOT A PREP! If ANYONE calls her that she will most likely snap the persons head off. She does wild stunts sometimes and has been sky surfing, bungee jumping and skinny dipping, though she got into a lot of trouble for the last one. She is also a smart ass, and is seen "cosplaying" frequently because it freaks people out, though nothing does that more then her normal hair being rainbow.

Likes:

Space (Moon, Stars and Planets), Tea, Cats, Dogs (Has one as a pet named Ayaka (Aya)), Rabbits, Rain, Rock Music, Music in general, Video Games, Singing, Dancing, Books, Painting, Drawing, Photography, Colors, Odd fashions,Swimming, Raves, Cosplay

Dislikes:

Step Father, Step siblings, Clowns, Preps, Snobs who think they are all that and a bag of chips, Forced Marriage, Storms, Needles, Rats, Spiders, Liars, Fakes, Cheaters, People who judge her before they know her, Cops, Drugs
Being called an outsider, Clingyness

History: Born of a mother who was full Chinese, Da-Xia and Masato Matsuura a full Japanese man, Meiling came into this world, her life growing up was pretty normal until she hit the age of five and her mother left Masato for another CEO of the Avex Group Holdings Inc, named Ryuhei Chiba. From there, Meiling and her mother lived with Ryuhei until Meiling reached the age 10 and her mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and soon passed on. This was a very hard time for Meiling but she learned soon that there was nothing she could do about it and that her mother was gone no matter what she did. From this time Ryuhei tried to take care of Meiling though whenever he would piss her off she would go straight to her real father and stay with him until things were settled and figured out. However Masato had moved on and was married yet again, Meiling was after all his first born and heir to his company, finding out that his daughter had a talent much like her mother who was stage performer he decided to give a chance to see how she would fair up in the world of preforming arts, the very first performance that she ever did was a hit and from there on, everyone loved her. When she was twelve her step father placed her in a school to where she could learn English properly, and she became rather good at it. In fact she could probably speak it better then a normal American even though her accent does come out making it a bit hard to understand her. Over time people seemed to get use to her and out going ways and began picking up more languages such as French, Russian, Korean, Spanish, Swedish and Italian as well as some mandarin. Sense she was the daughter of the CEO and step daughter of of the Co-CEO of the company, she was quite well off, most of her family members coming from a musical background. Her youngest brother raps and her step sister is in a band, and her father sings and her step father plays the bass off to the side. Upon reaching the age of 14 she changed her clothing style from not just colorful but to full out layers...but mix matching, as the years went on she began going to parties and raves, singing, preforming in movies, writing her own music, and even began dying her hair different colors which she is always constantly doing. It isn't surprising enough that her hair hasn't fallen out quite yet. Upon reaching the age eighteen she was told that a surprise was going to be given to her at six months, six months in she found out that she was engaged and had been sense her child hood, this didn't fly to well. Out ragged she accused her father of never being there for her and loving her, thus hurting her father he made her pack up her things with her step father also knowing and told her that if she didn't go through with this, that she would never inherit what her father owned and wouldn't have a job anymore. Pissed off Meiling decided that she needed to listen to her father, and left rainbow hair and all.

Appearance: Quite Frankly I don't care... what you think about me!

Father: Masato Matsuura
Mother: Da-Xia (Deceased)
Step Father: Ryuhei Chiba
Step Brother: Shinji Matsuura (12 years old)
Step Sister: Aiko Chiba (16 years old)

Personality: Raeillieagh is a bit of a loner. She would rather sit with a book, her music, and a beer and a smoke than go out and listen to everyone talk and gossip. She loves her job, and can't find any reason to ever want anything else to do. Raeillieagh loves to get dirt everywhere, and would rather have a game of backyard football in the mud than go shopping for anything other than music or video games. She has a tendency to swear, and will not hesitate to tell you what she really thinks of you. She wants people to know where they stand with her, rather than give them a false pretense. When it comes to the trends and norms, she doesn't even pay attention to them, doing what she likes no matter what anyone else thinks about it. If someone bothers her too much, she won't spend the day thinking about confronting them, but will most likely start a fight over whatever they won't change. She likes to write to take her mind of the stupidity of the real world, letting her thoughts bring out a world of possibilities in her writing. All in all, Raeillieagh is a "get it done" type of girl, with a "don't mess with me" attitude.

Likes:
Fire, brazing, getting dirty, video games, football, music (Classic rock, metal, punk, hard rock), alcohol, smoking, skateboarding, mountain biking, making fun of people, computers, writing, guitar, and reading.

Dislikes:
Pink, nail polish, shopping, preppy anything, gossip, lies about her, makeup other than eyeliner, the cold, cheaters, people that try to steal from her, people that tell her that she can't do something.

History: Raeillieagh grew up in a fairly decent family. Her mother and father got along well, and her and her siblings didn't fight too overly bad. One would think that she was just in her "rebelling" stage just because. It's only until they hear about when she was nine years old that they find out why.

When Rae was nine, her dad was on his way home from work one night. When he stopped at a red light, a guy broke the window to his car, and told him to get out. When her dad refused, the guy pulled him out by his hair. Jonathan fought back, getting in a couple good swings. That was only until the guy pulled out a knife, and stabbed him repeatedly in the stomach. Then the guy commenced to steal the car and flee the scene, leaving her dad to die on the pavement.

Once Rae learned of this, her whole world was flipped upside down. Her favorite person in her world was gone, and to her that also meant that wrestling was gone, and late night dancing with him was gone. So to always remember her dad, she started wearing the same styles that he wore, and listening to the same music, and doing the same things. In time though, Rae learned that she didn't have to force herself to do those things because she loved them anyways.

It was what helped her to remember her dad, and it was something that she loved. When she was sixteen she learned to weld and to braze, and fell in love with it. She worked under the table for two years as a welder, getting more money than most men. Her theory was that it was because of her mom.

Now Candice is a big time Engineer CEO for the company, Model Makers Inc. She taught Raeillieagh herself how to weld and braze once she turned sixteen. That wasn't the first thing that Rea learned though. Once her father died, she was taught robotic engineering, and computer engineering, and every other kind of engineering that there possibly was. Everything that Rea was taught, she loved. It was a passion of hers to know how things worked, and how to do it.

Over time, Candice noticed that Raeillieagh didn't show any interest in any boys, or girls for that matter. She just didn't seem to care for romantic affairs. This started to bother Candice, and when Raeillieagh turned eighteen, she had secretly arranged for her daughter to be sent away to a mansion, to get to know the son of the Science corporation.

Now being a very heavy sleeper, Raeillieagh's mom learned in the early years that she could be moved without waking her up. Taking this into consideration, she had come up with a sneaky plan of introducing her daughter to her betrothed without a hassle. Or too much of one anyways.

Appearance: Who I am

Family:
Her father: Jonathan Davies (Deceased)
Her brother: Mitch Davies
Her sister: Samantha Davies

Industry: Mortuary
Personality: She is a quiet sort of girl, and is mostly cool and can be kind of aloof at times. Though she's well known around her community she's lacking in any sort of real friends and this has caused her social skills to be rather awkward at best, so she's rather shy around people she doesn't know at first. If you take the time to actually know her, however, you will find that she is a very pleasant person indeed. She is what you call a “true goth” in the sense of her liking for the dark clothing. However she makes them herself instead of flocking to Hot Topic.

Likes: The Victorian Gothic Era, lace, the colors purple, blue, and black, Ballet, folk music, singing, playing the harp and flute. She also enjoys fencing, archery, and the traditional Irish Dancing. She's an artist, and usually seen with a sketchbook when not preoccupied with other things. . Deirda also dabbles into the Internet and video game life, but is not addicted. And, of course, she knows her alcohol, and can hold her liquor better than most men.

Dislikes: Grave-robbers, obnoxiously bright colors, anyone who makes fun of her and/or her friends. Hyperactive people, most forms of Rap and Pop, doing anything that she considers embarrassing in front of complete strangers, insults about her recently deceased mother, and anyone who underestimates her abilities in anything.

History: A native of Ireland, she's lived there for all of her life and would prefer nowhere else in the world. She matured quickly at a young age and was a bit of an outcast from the other boys and girls her age because she acted a lot older than she actually was. She got kicked out of the playgrounds early on she spent her time playing in the graveyards close to her family's property. Her father and mother brought her into the Mortuary business early on in life and she's stuck with it since, being her fathers little "second in command". Though her family are only "Undertakers", the Blackwoods are well known all throughout Europe not only for their beautiful funerals to help sooth both the dead spirit and it's morning family, but for their musical and artistic talents. Her father, Conlan Blackwood is a famous artist, his art being shown in galleries all over Europe and her recently passed away mother, Cassandra Bauler (as she was formerly known before marriage) a famous Violinist, once they met and fell in love they both settled down into Conlan's family Mortuary Business, raising their only daughter into it and to carry it on when they're gone. In more recent years Deidra's been going to college to be a Coroner, though her main interest still remains with the "family business". Deirda's job in her father's business is to prepare the dead for burial, clean them, dress them, apply makeup etc. No one knows why but this is probably why she chose the major she did in college.
In recent history though, her father has been acting quite strange, almost secretive and Deirda is quite bewildered by it. It isn't until she finds out that her father pulled her out of college that she knew something was up. Furious, she immediately confronted her father about it, sounding more like a spoiled child than she ever had in her whole life, and asking why on earth he had done such a thing. He then, calmly proceeded to tell her that she needed to pack her things because she was leaving. Shocked, she managed to stutter out a “Why?” and he told her that she was being sent off to see her betrothed, that she has had ever since she was little. To say she was livid would be an understatement, and she stormed off to her room. She had to go though, even though she hated it, because her father had all the money and she wouldn't know where to turn if he simply cut her off from it. When she realized this, she began to pack, though quite angrily and vowed not to speak to her father for a good LONG time.

Appearance: Her skin is pale and smooth, like a porcelain doll, her eyes light blue, almost white, due to her albino genes, this also causes her hair to be a silvery-white. Attempts to cover up this color with blonde dye has failed in recent years so she finally gave up and embraced her silver unique-ness. People in Ireland jokingly call her the "Gentle Banshee", in reference to her silver hair.

Pictures: I have scapels....
and I'm not afraid to use them...

Family: Her father, Conlan Blackwood, and her deceased mother Cassandra Blackwood. Her two pet leisler's bats, Turlough (tur + la), and Peadair (pad + ar), (http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/pm/images/bat.jpg ) who accompany her always.

She doesn’t say much to strangers but once she gets to know you getting her to shut up is the trick. She has a tendency to be lazy and put things off till the last minute. When Lyn is around her friends she is a partying fun loving rocker chick. She does enjoy spending most of her time alone outside as long as it isn’t cold. She is more than able to handle her own in a fight though she tries to stay out of them since her high school record list her being in more than half of the fight that happened while she was there. She values her independence over everything else in her life. She is proud of her comic book geeky self. The whole idea of an arranged marriage makes her almost physically sick. She is only planning on living at the mansion until her first semester starts up, then she plans on getting out of there as fast as she can run in her combat boots. Dislikes: Dogs, cold weather, people who can’t think for themselves, rap, drama and people who surround themselves with it. People, who only think of themselves, people who are doormats. Screamo music.

History: Jacquelyn was born to the Sara and Kenneth Foster and is their only child. She had been taught from a young age to be a designer like her mother and up until she started middle school she accepted that. Her mother had made a name for herself in Wedding dresses and later after meeting Kenneth she moved on to her own clothes line and a chain of high class boutiques. Sara’s only dream was for her daughter to take over after she retired and to keep the company in the family. Those dreams crashed when Lyn got into her father’s 80 hair metal albums at the age of thirteen. From then on the sweet little girl Sara had given birth to became a grunge rocker chick. Her father saw no issues in this claiming that it was just a phased or act of rebellion. This had pacified Lyn mother until her daughters 16th birthday when she announced that she wanted to be a roadie. Kenneth swears that Sara’s heart stopped for a few seconds that day. For a whole two years after that it was world war three in the Foster house hold. When Lyn turned 18 however she came to her sense and realized that as awesome as traveling with her favorite band would be it was a childish dream.. Though she stayed true to her rocker side, she didn’t want to make “Preppy snob” clothes. So she plans on making some changes to the clothing line as soon as her mother hand the company over to her.
She attended a prestige high school where she was repeatedly reported to have been in fights over her hair, dress, or the way she acted towards other students. She dated frequently and to boys of a middle class. She had always held an interest in designing- or more drawing- she just didn’t want to make that her living. She had no other clue what she wanted to do with her life but she knew it wasn’t what her parents wanted her to do. It was normal teenage rebellion. When she graduated High school she was accepted into a renowned design school in California but opted to take a year off so she could travel around the world. For this she learned French, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish. While she was traveling her parents called her back for an ‘Emergency’, which she latter dubbed ‘Fallout' since it was the news of her arranged marriage. Her mother pulled “It’s what’s best for the company card” so she felt obligated to go but not stay.
Appearance: (On her back are black and blue butterfly wings that start at her shoulders and go down to mid back. She also has the words ‘I’m a Solider and a Poet but I’m a Dancer at best’ on her hip bones. On her lower back she has the x-men symbol. On her upper arm is the number 6 from the movie nine. )] Jacquelyn

Click, the only sound that was heard as slender hands pushed open the front door to the mansion, closing the door quietly the girl brushed some of her rainbow hair from her face as she cursed a bit. Damnit, no one better hear her come in....that would only cause a hell of a lot of trouble, and well...she wasn't up for that. Stepping through the foyer she headed towards the stairs just passing the living room, good almost home free; just up the stairs and then too her room and no one would know a thing...

"Well well well, look what the cat brought in." A males voice said from the shadows of the living room. As the girl froze in spot. Oh joy, her 'father' had been waiting for her to return home after the concert and when she hit up the after party she was suppose to go to, she got caught. Lovely. A faint sigh came from her blue lips as she just stood there, it wasn't long until the lights flipped on and she was looking right right at her father, dead in the eyes. " Where have you been? Didn't I tell you that you were to preform and then come straight home? This behavior will not be tolerated Meiling!" Great, the whole lecture about how as long as she was living under his roof and blah blah blah, in fact; that was all she heard was blah blah blah. In one ear and right out the other until she heard...I will not tolerate you pulling stunts like this anymore. It is a good thing your father is shipping you off to get married. The only good thing that man has ever done for you."

That was just about enough of that, Meiling thought to herself as she stormed up the stairs and slammed the door, she hated that man a self absorbed asshole what did he mean her father was sending her away to get married? An arranged marriage!? Oh HELL NO! Not in her book; she would die first. She had it all and didn't want anything more. Unless it was real love, not a forced marriage. That was totally against her morals and she was going to make sure that her father knew that, it couldn't be....that he would send her away...could it? Flopping back onto her bed she closed her eyes shut and screamed out, not caring if it woke everyone else in the house up.

Opening up her eyes up she reached over to her purse and flung it open pulling out her cellphone quickly dialing her father's number. One call, no answer. Two call, no answer, the third time no answer. Oho so now he was going to ignore her? All right, two could play at that game. After the fifth time she finally got an answer. About time.... Meiling thought to herself.

"Masato Matsuura."
"Tou-san ....."
Meiling said sweetly into the phone.
"Hey Princess, how are you doing today?"
"I am fine Tou-san , a bit upset...the stupid asshole I live with said...something absurd!"
"Oh really? What is that?"
"That you were sending me off to be married..."
Silence.... never a good thing...
"Papa.....?"
She said hesitantly.
"Meiling...We need to talk..."
"..About...what..."

That phone call had ended not more then six hours ago. Meiling had finally been able to get to sleep...

BEEEP! BEEEP!! BEEEP!!!

Screamed the alarm clock, shattering the beautiful dream that Meiling had fallen into at around three o clock that very same morning. She'd obviously forgotten to turn the alarm clock off, that was never normally turned on. Groggily she sat up in her bed and look around, all of her stuff...was gone!? A loud scream came from her as she began to storm around looking for her stuff and then found her step father smiling and pointing to the door. You had to be kidding! There was no way in hell that she was going to go leave right now..why didn't they give her time to pack. Crossing her arms over her chest she walked to the limo outside and sat down. Good thing she had fallen asleep in the clothes she went to the party too. So...it was a bit reveling and was a bit bright and colorful. But who cared? She didn't. Grabbing her purse that was next to her she began to put on her make up as the Limo drove off. Prison. That is where she was going. Prison. Not to get married, not to meet someone new, no she was going to the end of her life. Shackled up for the rest of her life. Ugh! She did not approve. The ride to the airport seemed to take forever as Meiling gazed out the window, sighing some. The plane ride, was even more horrible.

Once the plane touched down and she got out, she was shuffled back into another limo and was driven off again. All this traveling was pissing her off, she didn't want to do this at all. Leaning back on the leather seat of the limo she closed her eyes and waited for her to reach her destination, her hell, her prison, the end of her freedom. Once the limo came to a stop Meiling opened her eyes and gazed around. Where they there? Did they crash? No, if they would have crashed she would have felt it. Blinking her eyes a few times she sat up and then it happened. The door to the limo was opened up and a hand was handed to her as she reached out to take a hold of it and was helped out.

"We are here Meiling-san..." A small sigh came from her as she gazed up at the mansion before her eyes as she shielded her eyes from the morning sun. Shaking her head faintly she sighed a bit again and then saw the butler grab her stuff out of the trunk and looked at her. "This is all you will need for now. Everything else has already been in a room for you in the mansion. It is on the third floor and the second room to the right.." Nodding some the butler picked up her suitcases and headed to the mansion and up the stairs, once he was done putting the stuff in the room he came back out, leaned over kissed Meiling on the cheek and smiled. "And here I wanted to marry you myself." He said as he laughed. Meiling raised her brow at the young butler and smiled as she fluttered her eyelashes, causing the guy to blush.

"We could always Elope Ryu-kun.." Meiling said sweetly as she took a step closer towards him, gazing into his eyes. The butler laughed a bit as he leaned down and kissed the side of her lips.

"Take care Mei-chan.." Meiling blinked a few times as she blushed a bit not expecting him to do that, that almost had been her first kiss. She seriously wasn't expecting that. The butler got back into the limo and drove off as Meiling headed over to the front of the mansion. It was nice; she would give it that much. Stepping up the few steps to the door, she reached up and opened up the front door and stepped inside as she glanced around.

Taking another step she almost wondered if maybe, she was in the wrong house...one could only hope right?

Reaillieagh awoke when her head hit something hard. Rubbing the top of her bedraggled short hair, she sat up with a groan. Blinking in confusion, she was curious as to why she was in the back of a car. Looking around, she noticed two things at the same time. The first being that she wasn't in a car, but a limo. The second was that there was a note taped to one of the windows.

Ripping the note off the window, her hands flew to open it as fast as possible without destroying the paper. Shaking in fear that she was kidnapped, she slowly read the note. As she read, her expression changed from that of fear to one of anger. How dare her mother? How dare she do something to bogus as to send her to some snob-ridden mansion to meet some guy that she was supposedly going to marry.

Growling to herself, she tore the note into pieces, and leaned forward to rap on the window separating her from the driver. "Excuse me? Where are we, and who are you? What makes you think that you think that you have the right to do this to me!? Do you know who I am? You better stop this vehicle right now, and bring me home!" Her voice was an angry rumbling that told that she was not in the mood to play.

"I am terribly sorry Miss, but it is the Madams orders." The butlers voice rang out from the drivers seat of the limo. As the window was rolled down, he turned to look at her. "Besides, it is good for you to start having to communicate with other individuals such as yourself. Your mother thought that it would be good for you. But if you are referring as to why she did not tell you, well, you are quite hard to wake up." With a smirk, he turned back towards what now looked like a driveway. After a moment, he stopped the limo, and went around the back to let her out. "Besides, you may we well get used to it, because you are about to meet your betrothed."

Stepping out of the limo, Rae let out an exasperated sigh. She couldn't believe her mother would do something such as this. But leave it to her to try to hook her up to someone. Rae shook her head as she grabbed the one bag still remaining next to her. Watching the limo pull away, she sighed once more. Ever since her father died, her mother had been hinting at getting her together with some snotty guy that was an heir to some big company. That was totally what Rae had wanted, was to have to marry some guy that was probably stuck up, and snotty as hell.

Taking in a deep breath, she started towards the huge doors of the mansion. If she was to survive this, she might as well find a room as far away from human contact as possible. Slamming the doors open, she stopped long enough to look around before heading towards the stairs. What better way to find that room than go up to the top of this ginormous place.

After about ten minutes of looking, she found a room with her name taped on the outside on a piece of paper. With a sigh, she heaved the door open to find all of her belongings there. She looked around once, then shut the door behind her. She really didn't care too much who else was in this place as long as she had her own sanctuary. She didn't even notice if there were any guys around here yet. Shrugging, Rae dropped the bag and walked over to the bed. With a small jump, she landed face down on the bed, and screamed into the blankets with anger.

Gravel slid everywhere as Deidra drove her car unnaturally fast up driveway of the old mansion in the country that she'd called home since she was born. The car skid to a stop in the wide, open paved area in front, the engine still rumbling loudly as she let the car just sit there for a moment. Wordlessly announcing her presence to all the servants and wildlife around that she wasn't the happiest girl in the world right now as the car seemed to express her irritation to put it lightly. She turned the engine off and she stepped out of the car, slamming the door behind her, the metal heels of her laced up boots clicking loudly against the hard ground as she pushed the heavy double doors open to the mansion none to gently.

“Father!” she yelled rather loudly. A young maid nearby made a little "Eeep!" noise and scuttled off to the servants quarters, dropping the duster she had in her hand. Deidra had acted out like this before, but when she did it was very rare and often very frightening to see the often content porcelain doll to stomp off in a rage. She immediately went off in search for him, tearing through the halls until she found him, glaring up at him with those pale blue eyes.

Conlan Blackwood sighed wearily, the middle aged man looked exhausted, like he'd been laboring over something all day. “Aye?”

She huffed a little to catch her breath, pale cheeks flushed with anger "The Headmaster said that I'm no longer attending classes at the university and today was my last day. When I asked why he said YOU pulled me out! And I wanna know WHY." Her blue eyes shone with anger.

Conlan sighed, "Dei... there's something I've been meaning to tell you.."

"Damn right!"
She hufffed, her accent thickening, sounding more and more like her Scottish mother, "What's all this nonsence about!? Why would ye suddenly pull meh out of school?"

It was then that she saw it, out of the corner of her eye she saw a couple of servants carrying some of her things in boxes and suitcases, one maid was holding a cage with her two bats inside, and they were obviously not happy with being woke up and jostled around.

“Hey! Leave them alone!” She ran over and immediately snatched the cage from the servant and spun to glare at her father, there was confusion in her eyes, but mostly there was anger. “What's all this da! Why do they have my things all packed up?!”

Her father sighed, again, running his fingers through his hair, there was no easy way to say this. "Dei.. I'm sending you away for a while, you've been betrothed since you were a wee babe and it's about time you meet your betrothed."

She expected herself to scream at him some more, she expected to stomp up and down and yell at him until she turned blue... but she didn't. All she could do was stare at him, in shock, eyes wide. "But... why?"

Conlan sighed as a long black car pulled up to the driveway, "Just... get in the car Dei, it'll take you to the airport... the rest of your things are already at the location."

She didn't remember much after that... or she just didn't want to.

The plane thumped and skidded onto the ground as they landed, jolting Deidra awake. She yawned and rubbed her eyes, not knowing when she had fallen asleep on the plane , but luckily it kept her mind from going a hundred miles a minute on the how many hour long trip... her father never even told her where this place was. She sighed a little and found comfort in the two little fuzzies sleeping on her right shoulder. Her two bats that she let out of their cage some time ago, nuzzled up against her neck and she petted each of them fondly as she sleepily stood up. She was on auto pilot from then on, get out of plane, step into airport, find person waiting for her in airport, get in car, drive to location.

"We have arrived miss." Deidra wearily looked up at the mansion, it was nice, she could admit that, but it still wasn't home. She snorted, she didn't want to be home right now, if she were she'd probably try to beat her father into a bloody pulp.

The driver handed her a small suitcase, it probably had some of her clothes or other small things in it, she limply grasped it. "The rest of your things are already inside in your room, third floor, third to the right, it should have your name on the door." Deidra barely nodded and silently walked up to the mansion, looking at herself as she did so, a black bodice, long laced sleeves, a flowing black skirt, assorted dark jewelry and two bats on her shoulder. She looked like she just stepped out of a haunted house!... and she suddenly felt self conscious, would anyone stare? Her townsfolk were used to it, but here? She was a complete stranger to everyone. Not to mention she was probably the only girl with silver-white hair in... well where ever this place was.

Her heels clicked on the ground as she stepped up the stairs into the mansion, the door already open. She had hoped it would be empty so she can just slink up to her room and hide there until her father came to his senses, alas, she noticed that someone was present as she slipped just inside the door, and 'god' was she colorful. She couldn't help but let out a small, surprised, “Oh!”

Meiling pivoted some, as she turned and looked at where the sound came from. She thought she was alone, maybe that was not the case. Much to her surprise she saw a girl storm up the stairs. This caused Mei to blink some, well; that was one very happy person. She thought to herself as she snickered some. Shaking the thought from her head, she continued to look around, walking up and down the foyer, and wondering what all was in the mansion. She decided that she was going to wander around, hearing another noise she blinked as she fully turned around. And there she saw it. A girl. A very...scary...looking girl at that. She blinked some again as she smiled. Ok. She could do that. This girl looked weird, but then again; so did she. Alright. She could do this. She could. Really. Parting her lips some, she tilted her head to the side and spoke.

"Hello." Meiling said with a strong voice, which was surprising coming from someone like her. She could tell from the looks of this person, she didn't seem to happy of being there. Not like this girl could blame her...maybe she knew how to get off this place? Then again. For some reason, Mei kind of had a strong feeling, that wasn't the case. The smile never left her face as she just stood there. Examining the girl, but not trying to seem rude of course.

Deidra cringed inwardly as she caught the other girls attention. 'Damn.' She couldn't help but feel like a freak. 'Come on Dei, quit standing there looking like a codfish and say something!' She chuckled awkwardly, that 'erm... I'm not sure what to say' chuckle. "Um, aye, hello." She hoped rainbow bright here could understand her through her thick accent. "... This, may seem like an odd question but uh, do you have any idea where we are?" She looked down at the ground and fiddled with her suitcase in her hands. She could tell the girl was looking at her, but not staring at least, she was at least gratefull for that.

It was right about then that she realized that this was probably going to be a complete and utter nightmare. She was hoping against it, but not going to hold her breath. She had no doubt that whomever she was betrothed to would probably run away screaming from her, not that she minded the idea in the slightest though. She looked back up at the rainbow haired girl and offered a slight smile that hopefully wasn't creepy. "And uh... my name's Deirda, whats yours?"

It had taken a full two minutes for what his parents had just told him to fully sink into Noboyuki. Then he blinked, his eyes getting wide. "Waitaminute. I want to make sure I have this straight: I'm betrothed to some girl I've never met before in my life, and you want to send me off to a mansion with a bunch of other 'heirs' of the major industries in order for me to meet her? AND you would like for me to marry her? Do I have that right?"

"That's the gist of it, yes."

"Right. Okay. So, when did this betrothal take place?"

"After your second birthday," his mother answered. Noboyuki tilted his head and blinked. Then he nodded.

"Alright. Seeing as it was made so long ago, I know you had no idea I'd have the preferences I have, so... Okay. When should I pack?" he asked, sitting back and tucking his hands behind his head. When his parents exchanged a look, he quirked an eyebrow.

"Actually, most of your belongings have already been taken over. There are only a few things left for you to pack. Don't worry, Noboyuki. Your Okaa-san made sure your computers were packed safely." The tension that had filled him at the start of his father's small speech drained out of him immediately at that.

"Guess I ought to go get packed then, ne, Otou-san?" he said with a small smile, getting up and heading back into his bedroom. He was amazed to see it so clean, but made swift work of packing what little was left for him. Taking a few moments for himself, he changed into cleaner, more presentable clothing. Nicer jeans than the ratter-tattered ones he'd been wearing, a nice white button-up dress shirt, and a black blazer with a tie to pull it all together. When he emerged with his bag, his mother smiled proudly and his father nodded his approval.

It was a silent trip to the airport, only to see him silently onto a plane that would take him to his destination. He entertained himself on the long flight by making up stories in his head about the various people within his sights. Some people, he could tell their story just by a glance, others required a longer look. But only one of his fellow fliers did he have to craft up a story for. She was asleep, with two little creatures snuggled up under her long silvery hair. He decided that her story was that she was a faerie who had lost her wings and was forced to travel by more conventional means in order to start her grand adventure into the wild unknown.

He was deep into the adventure in his mind when the plane landed, waking her and all of the other passengers who had been sleeping. Instantly, he was jarred back to reality, and he blinked. The trip off of the plane and through the terminal was as silent as the departure back home. It took him a little longer to get through security and to find the man who was waiting for him, but find him he did.

The ride in the limo was uneventful, so he amused himself with idle conversation with the driver, learning about the man as they went. The conversation was cut short, however, after turning down a driveway that led to a large mansion. Pulling up to the front doors, the driver parked and got out, opening the door for Noboyuki and getting his bag from the trunk.

"Here you go, sir. Have a good time!" the driver said cheerily before getting back into the limo and driving away.

"Thanks," he said softly, taking up the bag and walking softly up the front steps. The front door was wide open, so he entered, closing the door carefully behind him once inside. Turning back around, he stopped short. He recognized the long silvery hair before him as belonging to the wingless faerie who was embarking on an adventure from the plane. Beyond her was an extremely colorful pixie of a girl...'Young woman,' he mentally corrected himself. He wondered if he should introduce himself or make his presence known for sure, but he figured the Rainbow Pixie had seen him enter, and so he simply stood, one hand holding his bag, the other slipping into the pocket of his jeans as he opted to watch the exchange he had come in on.

"I don't have a clue..." Meiling muttered as she let out a small sigh, this was pathetic, she didn't know where they were; and that annoyed her; greatly. She could tell the girl was nervous as she saw her fiddle with her suitcase.

She just flashed another smile before she spoke again. "Pleasure to meet you Deirda...." Wait, it was at that very moment that it clicked. This girl. Deirda. But of course! Why didn't she notice it before! The outfit, and look should have given it away. A small giggle came from her as she looked to her more. "I am sorry! I don't mean to be rude. I just realized who you were, I mean. I thought you looked slightly familiar. My name is Matsuura Chiba Meiling. It is a pleasure to meet you Dei!"She continued to smile brightly as she bowed some. "But you can call me Mei for short if you wish! You are the daughter of the mort right?" She was hoping she wasn't scaring the poor girl, but that thought left her mind when she saw the man walk in.

She couldn't help but tense. There was a chance, a very strong chance that this man....that just walked in was who she was suppose to marry. She drew in a breath softly and let it out, as she continued to watch him. Great. She was hoping she was in the wrong, house, but no. Of course not. This just couldn't be a sick joke being played. Not at all. This annoyed her. However a ping of hope crossed her mind. Maybe, just maybe she was in a wrong house, and this man was the owner, it was possible...but then what about Deirda? Why was she here if that was the case, which meant...her hope was false; this annoyed her more however, despite her being annoyed she smiled as she looked at the guy and noticed that he was giving her the same look that almost everyone did.

"Konnichi'wa." She said softly to him, as she bowed some slightly in respect. Trying to go back into her shell of I only speak Japanese, and Chinese and I am rather shy. Maybe, just maybe he would fall for it. Hmm, maybe that would be how she would avoid the guy she was suppose to get married to...by not speaking his language...well. That would be an interesting idea.

After a few minutes of various intervals of her screaming into the blankets, Raeillieagh decided that she had better go downstairs. Afterall, it was considered rude not to meet the guy that she would be spending the rest of her life with whether she got along with him or not, right? Not like she had any say in the matter anyways.

Heaving a sigh, she climbed off of the bed and smoothed her wrinkled clothing. It wasn't like she cared, but how did she know what this guy was going to be like. Wrinkling her nose, she frowned as she thought the whole situation over. She couldn't believe how totally sneaky her mother was about the whole thing. Seriously, did she have to do it the way she did? Thinking it over, she shrugged. Yea, she did. She knew that if her mom had come outright with it, Rae would have pitched a thorough fit about the whole thing. But still. She didn't have to leave her a note in the back of the limo.

As she made her way back down the stairs she came storming up a little bit before, she grumbled a bit. She hated the idea of having to be nice to these people, let alone meet them. Jamming her hands into her jeans pockets, she pulled a pair of small, round, purple glasses from her pocket, placing them on her face. Hopping the last couple steps at the bottom of the staircase, she stopped. She couldn't help but stare. The girl was just so colorful. It was a wonder that she wasn't blind from over exposure of colors. But then again, she looks like the type that could handle that sort of thing.

Blinking, she pushed the glasses up on top of her short hair, and rubbed her eyes for a second to make sure that this girl was as colorful as she looked through the purple tint. Yep, she was. Even more colorful if that was possible. Shaking her head a little bit, she looked at the other two that were there. Her eyes rested upon the silver-haired girl first. Looking her over, she came to the conclusion that this girl was from the Isles. She wasn't quite sure what part though. It couldn't be her part, she would have known this girl if that was the case. The girl must be from Ireland or Scottland or something. Ah well, she would find out eventually.

Letting her eyes wander over to the other person in the room her heart stopped when she saw that it was a guy. As she looked him over, she decided that there was no way in any of the worlds, real or fake, that he was the one that she was to marry. She did not care if he was, because she would simply tell him to go play with himself somewhere and leave her alone. Nodding in resignation, Rae took another step forward. "Hey. Do either of you know where in the world we are? Cause I got no clue, and this is really ticking me off." Her voice had the edge of annoyance in it, one that said that she hated when she was somewhere that she had no idea where that was.

Turning her gaze back towards the young man, she glared at him with hate filled eyes. "Just so you know, you better not be the son of the big science enterprise, cause I would be turning myself around, and locking myself in the bedroom and you can just kiss it. There would be no way I would be marrying you. This was my mother's bright idea, not mine." She suddenly smiled, a rare and sarcastic smile all in one. Pulling out one hand, she rubbed the back of her head, chuckling a little bit. "But then again, if you aren't, I hope that we can be good friends and that you will disregard anything that I just said."

Taking in a deep breath, she stood there waiting to see what they would say to her. She hoped that she would just have friends, and that guy that she was stuck with forever wasn't here yet. She secretly prayed that he wouldn't show up, and that he had found a way out of coming here. Sighing inwardly, she just realized who it was that she was supposed to marry. The son... of the science enterprise. Great. For all she knew he could be the kind of guy with curly red hair, giant out of style, thick framed glassed, warts and pimples all over and a speech impediment. Groaning now, she closed her eyes. What if he had a pocket protector? Or had allergies to everything? Or what if, just what if, he was totally and completely obsessed with her. Now both of her hands were on her head, grabbing the little hair she had. What was she going to do if he turned out like that? She was going to get stuck with King Dorky, Super King of the Geeks.

Lovely. Just what she wanted. It was times like these that she really hated her mother for pulling stupid stunts like this. Her mother had been trying to get her at least interested in boys for years now, to no avail. She must have gotten fed up with it, and arranged this. But then, what are these two girls doing here? Surely they aren't here for giggles... are they? Shaking her head, Rae decided they weren't. They didn't look any happier than she did. This must have been planned for a long time, with a lot of families. This made her angrier at her mother, and she couldn't help but think about what a sneaking, coniving little....

She stopped and sighed. What use was it to be mad at her? Knowing her mother, she was just worrying about her again. Her mom had a habit of doing things just because she was looking out for her. Sometimes though, the things her mom did, resulted in a very unhappy Raeillieagh. Kind of like now.

There were many words one could use to describe Lyn Foster right now, pissed, enraged, and close to homicidal were just some of the few. She was- as anyone who knew her would have guessed- very against the idea of an arranged marriage. To her it was the ultimate betrayal the worst thing her parents could have done. It was an attack on her freedom and independence and if it was up to her she would burn this mansion down before the week was up. She growled staring out the window of her family’s limo watching as the scenery whipped by. She wasn’t sure why she hadn’t just made a run for it when her parents had told her of this mid-evil agreement. She had traveled all the way back from a beach in Venice because they had made it sound as if something terrible had happened and what does she get? ‘Oh sweetie, we have something very important to tell you.’ Her mother’s overly sweetened voice rang her mind like liquid sugar. Something important alright. They had to tell her that her life was ending, no that she had never really had a life to begin with; it had all been a game to them. Sure we'll let her have her little rock and roll care free life style, since we already sold her body what would it matter. Raising her combat boot clad foot she slammed into the seat in front of her, the window dividing the driver’s seat and the back of the car rolled down.

“Miss Foster please, it’s not the cars fault.” The stern voice of the elderly driver growled back at the upset youth. Mr. Ross had been the family driver as long as Jacquelyn could remember and she had seen him as part of the family. At the moment though she wanted him to shut the hell up and let her stew. Sure she had agreed to this 18th century slave trade but it didn’t mean that she had to be happy about it. “Ross they SOLD me! I got traded off for advancement to company.” Crossing her arms over her chest she fully realized that she was acting childish but if she was going to be treated like a child then she would act as childish as she liked. From the front window she saw that they were fast approaching the mansion. It looked like every other stuck-up rich mofo’s house. “Great, like summer camp for snobs.” Mr. Ross rolled his eyes and turned around to face the road again. He also didn’t approve of what his employers had decided to do with their only daughter. When the young Foster girl was happy she was pleasant to be around and if one over looked her odd dress and the way she acted she wasn’t too bad. When she was angry though she could be very… destructive and creative neither of which would fare well since the children would be left to their own devices. Pushing these thoughts from his head he pulled up in front of the house. “Most of your things from the main house have already been brought over and placed in your room. Your parents have asked me to warn you that you are to be on your best behavior and that you are no longer a child so act like it.” He watched as the 19 year old blond throw the duffel bag over her shoulder and grabbed the cat carrier that Lockheed had sat in since they left the airport. She stuck her tongue out at the retreating limo.

Jacquelyn stood outside staring at the door. She had worn her favorite chill out outfit to try and make herself feel better. Her jeans were torn in random places and her tank top hugged her in all the right spots, it had the watchman smiley face on it. She pushed the door open to the mansion and gave it a once over. ‘A high class matchmaking hell.’ She turned to face the others in the room. “Yo.” She gave a two finger salute.

At the greeting he received from the Rainbow Pixie, Noboyuki couldn't help but smile a little. Taking his hand out of his pocket, he respectfully returned her bow. As soon as he was upright again, into his pocket it went.

"Konnici'wa. Watashi wa Akiyama Noboyuki desu. Ogenki desu ka?" Then he translated himself for the Wingless Faerie between them, turning his gaze to her so she would know he was speaking to her. "Hello. I'm Akiyama Noboyuki. Or Noboyuki Akiyama, whichever's easiest." He could tell just by looking at the pair of them that neither was happy to be here. Before he could do or say much more, though, there were footfalls on the stairs and a short-haired young woman dropped down into the room. She, too, didn't look happy, he noticed.

And when she turned her ire on him, he sat his bag down and raised his hands. "I'm not. I don't do Science, Miss. I tinker, instead." He chuckled softly at her afterthought and shrugged. "Consider it dismissed," he reassured her.

At that moment, another young woman entered, also looking quite pissed. Noboyuki sighed inwardly. This was going to be his luck, wasn't it? He was going to be the only guy in a house full of girls. Not that he didn't mind that idea; it was just going to make it difficult to avoid their wrath and for him to find his 'perfect match' as his parents hoped.

With a small smile, he nodded in response to the new arrival's greeting.

Meiling smiled as she looked at the guy and nodded her head some. "I am fine, and yourself, Akiyama-san?" Meiling continued to smile as she looked at the man, he seemed a bit..nice...she supposed; but she wasn't to sure about him, there was still that threat that he was the producer dude, and no way was she going to be nice to the man that she was suppose to marry. No. She would make life a living hell for that man. Ah, the things she could do, and would do.

Her eyes turned as she glanced over that the stairs and saw the other girl. Wow, her hair was short. She just smiled as she continued to look at her, she seemed like someone that you wouldn't want to get in a bad mood; but then she remembered, that was the same girl who stormed up the stairs. Ah, oh well that explained a few things. However, was a fit really needed in the way that she did that? She thought not, but that didn't really matter. Shaking her head a bit she spoke. "Not a clue, I am sorry. Then again, I am sure that if any of us knew where we were, we would end up going back home, and not stranded here like a bunch of lost puppies.." A small laugh came from her as she heard the girl speak again, Man she was a fiesty one. Intersting..

"However, it is a pleasure to meet you, My name is Chiba Meiling. Mei for short if you perfer. And yours?" She gave a small smile as she bowed a bit again, before standing up. It was probably a good thing that this guy wasn't who that girl was to be with, she looked like she would tear him apart; and not in the good sense either. Then the thought hit her. Oh no, if this man wasn't the science...that still gave the horrible thought of him being. Oh man. No. No no. She wouldn't have it. Then again; there was still that small glimmer of hope that things wouldn't be that way...right?

Lost in her thoughts it took her a moment to realize someone was behind them until she heard them speak. Turning around she glanced at the woman and then bowed some again,"Konnichi'wa." She soon stood back up and then smiled as she looked at the girl. She suddenly felt majorly out of place...hm.....oh well.

Deirda couldn't help but sigh after listening to rainbow bright's statement. "Well, I suppose you and I are in the same boat then." She shifted her weight from one leg to another, her eyes averted, though she was quiet surprised when the girl suddenly giggled. The sound was cute, but it confused her some and she looked back up. She blinked at the sudden recognition and introduction. "Oh, heh, I hadn't realized I would be that recognizable." She blushed a little, slightly embarassed, "It's a pleasure to meet you to Mei, and yeah I'm the mortician's daughter." She looked at the girl a little more, "Now that I think about it, you look familiar too. Performing Arts Industry correct?"

She was going to say more but she heard footsteps behind her, she turned to find a tall, asian youth looking at the both of them. When is eyes gazed upon her she raised an eyebrow, he looked as if he recognized her from somewhere, though she was sure that she'd never seen him anywhere in her life. She heard Meiling say "Konnichi'wa." softly behind her. That word she knew at least, but when the other responded also in Japanese she had no clue what he was saying. She was happy though when he was kind enough to translate for her.

She smiled a little, "Tis a pleasure to meet you Noboyuki, and I apologize in advance if I botched your name." The name didn't sound right coming from her mouth, so she felt she had to say sorry. She curtsied slightly, "I'm Deirda Blackwood." Even though he was nice, she certainly hoped that he wasn't the one she was supposed to marry, she didn't want to get married at all, and she doubted that her... "betrothed," would like her either.

Before she could get much more out though there was a flurry of movement coming down the stairs, she looked up to find what she could only describe as a punk rocker chick coming down the stairs. 'Boy', doesn't she just look OH so happy and cheerfull.' she thought to herself. She sighed at the question of 'where are we', at Meilings answer though, she nodded in agreement. Her eyes widened though as the girl immediatly began to glare at Noboyuki and speak to him in a very rude manner, after her small bitching session however, she calmed down, and this left Deidra horribly confused and wondering if the girl was bipolar or not. She came to the conclusion though that like the rest of them, were just not happy to be here, including herself.

At the sound of another girls's voice she turned again to the front doors. Apparently another unhappy one has been forced here too. By the looks of her she didn't look to pleased, go figure. She smiled a little, trying to show that even though she looked scary, she was friendly too. "Hello new person, welcome to what we're all begining to call 'Hell'."

Crossing her arms, Rae glared at the floor. She knew the looks they gave her when she came down the stairs. Of course she was unhappy about being there. Her mother basically shipped her away without telling her. She thought she had every right to be ticked off. Her mother never really did anything without telling her before, then there she goes, shipping her off to some rich children's camp. That was JUST where she wanted to be, was stuck here with these people.

At least this guy wasn't the one that she was supposed to marry. That was about the only positive so far about this whole trip. It wasn't even that he was ugly. He was actually fairly decent looking. She just had no desire to be told who she was to marry. Then there was this girl that looked like she stole the rainbow and made it into clothing. Jeesh girl, pick a color. Grunting slightly, she turned towards the other girl that was standing near them. She reminded her kind of the living dead in a less creep way. Just as if things couldn't get worse in life, I get shipped here to be stuck in a house with Rainbow Stealer, and Living Dead. Awesome. Just peachy. "Awesome. So basically we are all stuck in this stupid waste of money of a house with one another, and some guy that we're supposed to marry. That's just what I need." Her voice gained a tone of annoyance that hadn't been there before, with her eyes screaming of sarcasm.

"I'm Raeillieagh marie Davies. Rae for short. I'm the daughter of the Engineering CEO Candice." She sighed a little bit. Running her hands through her short hair, she grumbled a bit. "But then again, I would be willing to bet that your parents told you what was going on before you left, eh?" She figured by the looks on their faces when they came down that they had all been told beforehand. That still didn't change the fact that none of them were happy with any of their parents. I mean, they only shipped them all off to meet their futures. Why would the be happy? But as she looked at the only guy that was there a little more, she noticed that he was the least irritated out of all of them. Shrugging, she decided that she didn't care, and flashed him a smile. That was something that was rare these days. She almost never smiled when she hated a situation, but she figured that while she was here she might as well make the best of it.

"I'm sorry about my outburst. I'm just a little more than a lot pissed off at my mother. She shipped me off in my sleep, and left a note for me for when I woke up. I didn't mean to take it out on you, it's just that you were the only guy in the room, and I did some assuming." She stopped, just now taking the time to think about what she said. Shaking her head, she decided that she didn't care. She only just told complete strangers what happened, and how she got here. Why should she care? Stuffing her hands in her jeans pockets, she stood there slouching as she waited for them to speak in return. It was starting to be okay. That is, until another chick walked in the door.

Great, another girl. She looks like a bitch too. Fighting the urge to roll her eyes, she looked the girl up and down. Now who was she the daughter of? Definately not fashion, that was for sure. She was the complete opposite of what the fashion industries daughter should have looked like. That was what Rae thought at least. Raising one eyebrow, she decided that she might be okay, and that it might be worth making an ally of her. Walking over to her, she pulled one hand out of her own faded, ripped jeans and extended it towards her. "I'm Raeillieagh marie Davies. Rae for short. I'm the daughter of the Engineering CEO Candice. I figured that we should probably make nice with each other since we are stuck here thanks to our 'rents anyways."

Everyone appeared to be friendly enough; at least they weren’t like the other social snobs she was use to dealing with. At least these teens looked as if they had a personality and knew more about life then just mommy and daddy’s money. Sure she had spent her parent’s money and had them do things for her but didn’t every teenager. She had gone out and learned about the world. She was trying to earn the right to take over the company after her mother. The thought of her mother brought a frown to her face. It was because of that stupid old hag that she was even in this situation. What next she was going to be decapitated if she didn’t produce a male son. The whole thing was really starting to bring out homicidal urges in her. She almost felt bad for the poor soul who had been set up to marry her, almost. She glanced at the only male in the room; yeah he wouldn’t last one day dating me let alone married.
Green eyes scanned the other females going over every stick of fabric they wore and the way they chose to do their hair and make-up. She was building a pretty good understanding about her them from just these outfits and she came to the conclusion that living here wouldn’t be as bad as she first thought. The girl in front of her, Rae, seemed like she would end up being a party. For all Lyn knew she could be standing in front of her life line for this little torture romance their parents had cooked up for them. She smiled at the girl who had introduced the place as hell. “That’s appropriate. I believe I screamed something along the affects of. ‘This is the fallout of my life.’ But who knows.” She sifted her duffel and placed the carrier that held Lockheed down at her feet. “My name is Jacquelyn Foster, but call me Lyn or Jack. My mother controls anything fashion related on the northern hemisphere.” She could almost see the shock on their faces before the words left her mouth. Most people wouldn’t believe that she was the heir to the leading company in the world’s fashion. “Oh and I plan to have this place burned down by the end of the week anyway.” She fought to keep her face mutual so that they wouldn’t be able to tell that she was joking. She was sure she failed.
