Powers: Controls water, she can not create her own but must draw it from an existing source (stream, plants, air, bodies, etc). Because of this she often carries a water bottle with her.
Other: She is often compared to Pyro. Her powers manifest similarly to his and she uses her's similarly. She likes to make her power shape into animals and people to fight with.
She likes to put on water shows by using the water to create stories.
She loves to swim.
Outfit: The outfit in the example is her normal everyday wear. You can draw her in that, or make up your own.
