I am never good at that. But somehow I always find the right gifts. I love the lights, and music and holiday cheer. There is a special feeling around Christmas that no other holiday has.

I adore the music.

I know. One of my friends, he was actually a teen camper at BAR, works there and he is sending me and Jacob free tickets to Ren Fest. So excited, I cannot lie. And man I can't wait for Celtic Thunder. I will try to take lots of pictures and stuff and put them on facebook.

The curse of ADHD

lol, a curse true, but one that you can, with determination, control. I watched amazed during student teaching as two of my students demonstrated this. One of the students has it worse than the other and did his best to monitor himself. The other normally took meds but forgot one day. He said, "I couldn't help it." Mr. Adams pointed out to him he was making a choice in that particular instance to not control it. He was the best and most caring teacher ever, so I trust him.

I have been off medication since my senior year of academy, so since 2008.

They put Mom on some ADHD meds for her derpression and it perked her up in rehab. Now she doesn't need them (found that out when we forgot all about them for a week )
