for me its the chance to fall and shatter one of my knees, one of them has no cartlage on it from it dislocating so man y times, so if i put it out again, or fall on it wrong, i was warned i coudl shatter it. so i avoid going outside in the winter and work like hades the rest of the year to try and lose the weight. I might do better this year as i haven't hrut quite as bad over the winter so i must be doing something right..
