Kid sized chocolates and sweettarts. Smarties are the bomb! And I never get Dots or DumDums except on Halloween.

Baby Ruths. I normally only get 1 or 2 each year though. More houses need to give out Baby Ruths!

If we celebrated Halloween here, it would definitely be a Bros bar.
Europe doesn't really care for Halloween. :/

I've never, ever seen anyone dress up for Halloween.

Probably broom sticks. In case no one knows what they are, they're like banana flavored taffy, somewhat shaped like a broom handle. Huge fan of laughy Taffy, and other fruit flavored candies.
About the razor filled candies and stuff.
I have this feeling that maybe it's happened once or twice, but I hate to think about the poor young'en that got a hold of said candied apple.

I love milkyways and reeses cups. i don't like candy corn or those things wrapped in orange or black paper
