hehe I got to meet K-9's voice actor. I was getting autographs and asked for two so I could give one to a friend he smiled at me and said "as long as it's a good contract." It seemed at the time all the actors had to sign their contracts twice for the BBC.

I'll second that we all have a special place for our first Doctor - and wow, I feel like we're talking about relationships.
Ten was my first Doctor, and THEN I caught episodes of Nine.
Didn't like the difference, really.
Didn't even know what had happened.
Didn't know that Nine was Nine.
Thought Nine was Eleven.
Thought, "How could Rose love THIS guy after that other one?!"

Little did I know.

But now I do.

yeah i know! matt smith is alright. but it is truly a love-hate relationship. you see, i really honestly DO think he'll do a wonderful job. the only reason i dislike him is that his arrival means NO MORE TENNANT. T_T so its not a personal thing, lol...... i just really dont want to see "my" Doctor become a "past Doctor." haha.... *sniffs* now i can really understand how you tom baker fans must feel!
