I've never entered a contest on these sites before. Assassin always looks interesting when they do it, but I don't want to spend the time on it.

I rarely enter site wide contests either, on any site really. But I do sometimes :3

If I'd had a pumpkin, I would've entered the pumpkin carving contest at Halloween, but I didn't and I wasn't about to buy one.

Yeah, there's definitely a long sticky list this time. I rarely see them, though, because I just go to the threads in my subscriptions instead of through the events page.

I'm excited to see the new EI. The fireplace was nice, but something I'll rarely use. XP

I also don't see myself using it a whole lot.

Yeah, I'm into the heavy fantasy avatars, so it's a little too "realistic" for me.

Buy it with event currency and sell it. Those things go for quite a bit of gold, usually.

Yup yup. I always buy a few of the best EIs and sell them off later when people are regretting not getting them, or new users decide they want them.

Awesome! Wait till the event is over to sell it, though. It'll be worth nothing right now, but then it'll shoot up.

Well, if you play games you can get up to 250 gold a day. 500 if you have a mule. I don't do it, but it'll work if you want gold that bad. I always found snake was the easiest way to get gold gamewise.

Really, posting and buying a buttload of EIs during event time to resell are the best bet. Unless you're one of those people with enough money to buy CIs and resell them for gold. Not that I have anything against those people, but it's just something I can't do.

Yyyyyeah... As much as I love Mene, I don't think I'll ever be able to donate real cash. -.- Does that make me bad?

I've been on Mene forever, but I just can't cough up for digital items. I love Mene to death and have met some great friends here, but...I just can't. >.>

So no, I don't think it makes you bad. It's just sad for everybody because Mene does struggle needing money.
