they are called woods of ypres. its just one guy: Dave Gold. and he died recently (i think it was last year) so its tragic and epic and Canadian. totally worth listening to.

yay! they are amazing. i love them so much. i was heart broken when Dave died.... we were going to go to one of his concerts in toronto... but it ...well... im sure you can guess. I think he was dating the girl from Kitty. You ever heard of them? All girl metal band from London, ON.

my boyfriends band is really good too. but they are on hiatus due to baby. not mine. another member of the band.

So many good metal musicians seem to have died between roughly '10 and now. =(

yeah i like it a lot. they are relatively hard to find on youtube though. but i think they have their stuff more accessible in other places... like myspace maybe.... i dont know. i can look into it for you if you want. i just bought the albums. lol. actually i have bought a lot of them. lol. i mailed them to my friends who were out of town.
