Regifting is actually not a bad thing in my eyes ^^; if its not something you need, and someone else really wants it more than they should have it. xD

well yeah. if its not in mint condition i do something else with it. like if its a dead blender i might take it apart and remake it into something else.

Just have to be careful that you don't regift to the person who gave it to you.

i tend to send stuff i won't wear to the salvation army seeing as then someone else my size would find clothes theyk need.

I do that to. but not salvation army. I've seen them jack prices to much :[ and it makes me sad. what i want to do is give clothes to homeless people that need them and can't buy them. But i can't seem to find the right charity for that.

true..they do charge a lot for thigns but the one in our area sells stuff pretty cheap issue is they don't have clothes in my size 'grumbles' so i can't exactly shop there for clothes.

i can't afford to mail anything but i'll check it out regardless... most of our clothes have been given to usa as hand me downs, or gifts.. since..

*huggles you* Nothing wrong with hand me downs. When I was growing up there were a couple older girls in my church whom I got things from. Well I got really upset about that. Mom said we could get rid of all the hand me downs but I wouldn't have many clothes. So when people would ask me where I got my clothes I would tell the Amy's Closet. Which wasn't a lie since most of the clothes I got were from an older girl named Amy.

It's okay Shad <3 I grew up not being able to afford anything either. We had to get food from the food bank for a while. There's no shame in needing help. That's why it's available <3 And hand me downs are just clothes with extra love :D

Culture here... Don't have much public support in that sense for army. We don't have any special day to commemorate army contribution. Even if there is, just doesn't seem to be celebrated widely.

At the moment i don't give tot he salvation near us, literally its two blocks up, the few times We've needed to go there for help they 've mad eme feel lik I'm waisting their time. I thinkt hey see how big i am and assume 'she doesn't need help, she's wastign oru time'.. Dude its not like i WAN'T to ask for the help. I wouldm uch rather make it all month on my own.
