do you have a real estate agent looking for you? sounds like it might be totally worth it.

we have to rent *sigh* Our house loan backed out on us AFTER we put down a down payment on a house. and we're still waiting for the down payment back. cause they won't rent to us unless we can prove that we will be able to get the loan in a year or less... which.. HELLO how the hell are we suppossed to prove that if everyone keeps stabbing us in the back at the last minute.
