Pirates of the Caribean 4.
I really liked it. :]
The plot was really good, Captain Jack Sparrow was spiffy as usual... and I could really dig the crazy, vicious, blood thirsty mermaids. xD <3

I would still give it five stars, even though it is like the fourth movie. lol
Still hoping that they will make another one.

I just downloaded pitch perfect to watch and boy was I disappointed! O.O

The previews made it look like such an awesome movie. But yeah, pretty much all the awesome was shown in the trailers and thats it. I have got to say that there weren't many stereotypical characters and that the singing was superb. Found some of the puns a little funny like 'pitch slapped' and 'toner'. At least that required some kind of brain power. Acting was 'meh' and the storyline was simply dreadful =.= Oh wait... there wasn't even a storyline to begin with? There was absolutely no flow and no climax. The things just happened because they were supposed to happen and then when the thing actually happens, you question, why??? but no answers are given... LOL.

The real up part of the movie was the riff off when they sang no 'diggity'. The whole riff off was good in general. Most of the singing parts are good... Wish they highlighted more on other competitors as well... The movie feeds off the glee hype but is really not as exciting as it seems. Doesn't really deserve the high ratings in my humble opinion.

Rating I'd give it?

6/10 at the most ^^"

I last saw Hansel and Gretel witch hunters. It was really good, I thought. Super predictable, and obviously not accurate to the time period, but it was really funny, and the plot was actually decent. 4/5. Worth seeing at the theatres, but maybe not in 3D.

The last movie I watched was The Great Muppet Caper. As expected it was very cheesy and stylised but I just love The Muppets. It's not one of their better movies but it beats that abomination that came out in 2011.
I give it a 6/10

I watched Ted with my mum a couple of days ago, and it was pretty much exactly what I was expecting -- and that's not a bad thing, because I was expecting it to be really good. xD

Honestly, I can't really think of anything about it I didn't enjoy and while I wouldn't necessarily leap at the opportunity to watch it again I think it still merits like a 4.5/5 stars.

Last movie I saw was Beautiful Creatures. It was pretty good, even in comparison to the book.

Really good acting too, I was impressed.

4/5 (One of the characters wasn't quite right. Ridley, I'm looking at you.)

The last movie I watched was Django Unchained.

I never get sick of ridiculous Tarantino action and one liners.

And as always Christoph Waltz was absolutely amazing. His character, Dr. King Schultz, has become one of my favorite movie characters ever. And don't even get me started on DiCaprio as Calvin Candi, one of the best villains I've ever seen. You just wanted him to die throughout the whole movie, and with each horrible thing he does you just want it to happen more and more, and in worse ways.

The last movie I watched was Girl, Interrupted. I fell in love with the movie a few years ago. I watched it due to my love of Winona Ryder. When I first discovered it and fell in love I think I watched it every night for two months. I watched it so often that nearly all of my dreams had some sort of theme to do with it. So I had to decrease my watchings, haha. I now watch it around once a month.
I absolutely love it despite how it kind of romanticises mental illness. I love the music, the themes, the era and the actors. Both Winona, Angelina and Clea did an amazing job. Angelina even won an award for her performance.

I give it a 9/10.

Killing Bono

I've been waiting to see this pretty much since I saw the first trailer for it back in 2011 so I'm pretty excited to have finally gotten around to it. It's a really good film, there isn't too much U2 music in it (which works well with the plot, anything else would have been overkill) and it doesn't really focus on the band as such, more someone who wished they were in the band. All in all, an amazing film and I'd really recommend it.

9/10

Last movie I saw was The Incredible Burt Wonderstone.

To be honest, I expected it to be better/funnier. But it was pretty interesting. I'd give it 3.5/5 stars.

The last movie I saw was Jurassic Park 3D in cinemas - an awesome, classic movie with extra special effects that weren't overly obnoxious on the big-screen? 4.5/5 :D (.5 taken off because it was in 3D, and 3D automatically gets points deducted. XD)

My sister bought me the DVD for my birthday, and that movie is exactly as hilarious as I remember it was. It's kind of my greatest guilty pleasure movie.

Last movie I saw was.. Iron Man 3.

I won't give a proper review, because I know it's not out yet for a lot of people, but I've seen it twice now, and I think everyone should go. And stay until AFTER THE LONG SCROLLY CREDITS.

8/10 - I have issues with the clarity of the antagonist's motivation.

Red Dawn

6/10

I like these kinds of movies, but once again I'm faced with a romance subplot that causes the MC to do stupid risky things. That and we get another interchangeable white male lead (because only white males can be interesting main characters apparently). If you're worried about POC representation, one of the black characters (dark-skinned one) dies. The other (lighter-skinned) survives, but is self-exiled from his group "Wolverines" because he becomes a security risk against his will. For female representation, there is that romantic subplot but then there's women with guns and using them well. Women applying makeshift medical skills as well.

Despite its faults... I do recommend it. Plenty of action and guns and drama.

Last movie I saw? The Kamen Rider Fourze and Kamen Rider Wizard Movie Taisen Ultimatum film. I'd give it a 9.9/10.

Granted, I saw it without subs, so I couldn't get the entirety of what was going on. But I got the gist of it, at least.

I just hope that when I do see a version with subs, it doesn't ruin my headcanon.
