A bit late, but congrats!

Today we're doing something special: A DOUBLE Admins' Pick!

Since we've missed out on the past few Mondays, today we're going to award two different users the Pick. Each of them will be featured on the front page for 24 hours, so you both get a new star, some time in the spotlight, and all the gold that goes along with it.

So let's give a shout out to Wings of Writing: and bloodstainedwings: !

Wings of Writing created a wonderfully creepy avatar with the new Karmic Glow MI:


I love this because I never would have thought to use the glow with blank space. Doesn't that outline look awesome?! For an item that was created with dreamy intentions, this is the stuff of nightmares. This avatar is so simple, but it has all the features of a demon that will send me off crying in the corner. The eyes, the grin, the horns - Everything is perfect!

And then at the opposite end of the spectrum, we're got bloodstainedwings' cute avie:



Isn't she precious? The colors here really caught my eye - I'm so impressed with how well balanced and delicate the outfit ended up looking. I like the idea of a butterfly always following her around, because she's so soft and sweet. Who could ever resist a face like that?

So congratulations, you two! Wings is on the front page right now, and the spotlight will switch to bloodstainedwings tomorrow.
