Kara was walking really slow she didnt want to go to school but she had too, she got called down to the office while she was in gym class, she was in trouble because she skipped school.

Hikaru walked into the office and saw Kara talking with the principle. "umm hello?" The principle stopped talking to Kara for a moment and turned towards Hikaru "What do you want? go back to class!" Hikaru wasnt getting angry because he knew this was how humans reacted already. "Umm I'm new here...."

Kara looked at Hikaru wondering why he would want to go to this school, she looked at the clock hoping time would go faster she got up and left the office without her principle knowing, she wanted to leave school but she just went back to gym class

"Then let me give you, your classes..." The principle took all the information about Hikaru his birthday, where he lived, etc. He had to lie to the principle, since the true information about him was a secret. When was assigned his classes, surprisingly Hikaru's first class was gym, with Kara.

everyone was outside running 5 laps around the tracks, Kara was running with her friends..... she was the first one done so she sat on the bench's waiting for every one to finish

Hikaru decided to run around the track along with everyone else since it seemed to be what you had to do. It seemed as if everyone was tired since they were all panting a lot, but he didnt he just kept running at the same pace. Suddenly he noticed that Kara was sitting on the bench. He had no idea he had the same class as her, he was hoping to have the same class, but he didnt know it was going to be that easy.

Kara was really bored so she decided to run the track's again, she wanted to run with her friends but they were way to slow so she ran ahead of them... she saw Hikaru,she ran up to him "Hi" Kara said with a big smile "why did you come to this school? it's like the worst school ever"

Hikaru kept running not increasing his pace or slowing it down, he started to blush and didnt say anything to Kara. He looked at her and gave a shy smile, and ran off at full speed, even using his speed of a vampire.

Kara ran her full speed and almost caught up to Hikaru "Wow your fast" she finally caught up to him "How did you get this fast?" Kara said while gasping for air

"You look tired....you should take a break...we can talk when I finish this, your done already arent you?" Hikaru wouldnt tell Kara the truth about him being a vampire, or his love for her. As he ran with her, his face was getting red from blushing.

"Yeah i finished" Kara didnt stop running "I dont want to stop......I..like running" while Kara was running she fell and broke her leg... she screamed in pain.

Hikaru turned around quickly and rushed towards Kara, he kneeled down in front of her. "Are you okay?" He said with concern.

"No.. i can't move" the gym teacher saw that Kara was hurt she ran and got the nurse... they nurse came with a wheel chair the nurse helped Kara in the wheel chair

After gym class Hikaru went to the nurse to how Kara was doing. The nurse let him in because he had a pass from the teacher already, strangly how he was allowed to go even though he wasnt hurt or sick. "So Kara, how are you holding up?" He smiled shyly.

"Well I've been better" Kara smiled and laughed "The nurse let you in?" Kara looke at the nurse and then at Hikaru, "shouldn't you be in class right now?"

"Yeah...the nurse let me in, I got a pass from my teacher to visit you...strangly..." Hikaru thought about the pain Kara was in, he never felt that kind of pain. Usually he didnt care for humans, but strangly looking at her made him feel very happy.

"Oh that's good" Kara said with a smile the nurse came in and gave Kara crutches....she also gave her a elevator key and a pass so the teacher wouldn't yell at her, "so what class are you going to?"

"Supposedly history.....you?" Hikaru really hated history, since humans keep telling lies. He lived through the history so he knows the truth, but he doesnt want to make it so that the teacher yells at him.

"same here....I love history although some times I think they make up stuff" Kara said with a laugh, "do you like history?"

"History......I do like it a little...." Hikaru did not believe in anything teachers say in that class, but he did find it amusing to hear the lies he heard. "Do you need help going around? I can help you get to class if you'd like." He didnt really care for classes since he wasnt a human so he couldnt care less if he graudated or not, he only cared about Kara.

"I would love that, but dont you care that you could be late to your classes?" Kara looked at Hikaru and blushed a little "I have to go to my locker first, I need to get my books"

"Dont worry about me....I'm still considered new here so I wont need to worry about that..." Hikaru walked with Kara towards her locker, helping open doors and when she had to open her locker he held her up so she wouldnt fall to the side.

It toke Kara a little while to open her locker but she finally got it open "can you help me get my books?" she looked up at Hikaru and blushed "you can put my books in my bookbag so you don't have to carry them"

Hikaru grabbed Kara's books, when he put them into her bookbag it reminded him of the time when he grabbed her keys and put them into there. He openned her bookbag and reconizged exactly where each slot was and what slot had what. "There you go..want me to carry your bag? or do you want to?" He started to blush.

"I can carry it but thank you anyway" Kara grabbed her bookbag and put it on her back while trying not to fall "so what do you have after history?"
