Okay... so I warmed up some frozen perogies I found in the freezer - but I'm not really suppose to be having them for dinner! And this still doesn't solve the protein problem.

Thanks I drew it using paint. I used the roses I made for my Menewsha Valentine that I posted in another thread. That's in my profile album called things. It's not easy to draw those roses in paint so if i already have one the right color I tend to use it again.
