its your birthday cause it was when your MENE self was born
but its ur anniv because thats when you and mene decided to join up XP

Actually anniversary doesn't strictly refer just to marriages or joinings, but an annual remembrance in general ^^. But annual means yearly, so it's a contradiction in terms to say "10 month anniversary" or something XD.
