Ello people. I prefer a bit of a slower moving thread meself. Gives me time to do other things also.

Slow threads are deffinitely for me! I like it when people post but I hate when it gets too fast to keep track of. I do like to actually talk to people. lol.

Escapist: Agreed. one of the main things I like about events is getting to meet new people and making friends. It's harder to do that on a fast moving thread.

Or you can be participating in a fast moving thread and only getting to know a small portion of the regulars there, if you are only talking to a few people.

I like events like this, where I can meet new people, and spread out amongst all the different threads around. =)

RoseMaxwell: That's true. When I was doing the Ernya event, I stayed in pretty much two fast moving forums, but I got to know most of the people that came there because they pretty much stayed in the same forums too.

Oh Max, it's been WAY too long. <3 School has been keeping me away from here, and I've just not felt . . . I don't know, as home here as I have in the past years. Many more new people that I just don't know anymore.

Wendy: It's going pretty good. I LOVE all the event commons, so now I'm posting like crazy to try to be able to afford all of them, or at least all the hats.

As soon as my boyfriend gets home from work we're going to hang out, then he's going to a party FOR his work so I'm hanging with a friend. I won't be able to post for much longer. XP lol. But the event goes til the 7th right? So i'll have some time.

Oh, don't I know it, Wendy. Even with just working, I have less time online, between working long hours, and having a little bit of a drive home. Which of course, means less Mene time. =( But, then I can basically dedicate my weekends to being online. XD

Are you not feeling as at home, here on Mene? Or school?

@Rose: I wish I could get MORE hours at my job. Or a raise even. Both would be great! But I'm moving out near the turn of the year and saving up is very difficult with less than 200 dollar paychecks every two weeks... It's just not cutting it.

Oh geez, that stinks. =( I work ten hour days, and get paid $400 a week. Though, the job I came from before this, I was working ten hours a week, and getting just about $100 a week, so this newer job has certainly been much better, financial wise. =D

@Lillita: Yeah, there are lots of wonderful commons. @_@ Those hats are wonderful. I'd love a red / black one. And I love the candy-themed items, though I think they're a bit more in spirit of Christmas or such.

@Max: Here on Mene. :/ I much prefer school to home, actually. XD I don't know anyone here anymore, it seems.
