Rosie was sitting in a limo. She was waiting anxiously. She didn't know know until two days ago that she was royalty... how did this even happen? It was awesome and all, but so very sudden. One day she was at school worrying about how she would do on the next test, and now she was about to go meet the royals. She sighed, wondering how things like this could even happen. They only happened in fairytales, right?

"Everything must be absolutely perfect for young Rosalia May," The King said as his servants were just finishing setting up. It was very short notice to bring Rosie back at this time, but he knew he had to do it. Soon, the throne would be hers, as the King was ill and would perish in a matter of years. He knew that it would difficult to get her adjusted in... I mean, going from a normal life to a royal life certainly wasn't going to be easy... but it had to be done.

Linda sat on her throne watching her husband boss people around. She smiled as she watched him knowing everything would be perfect for the young Princesses return. She knew it would be difficult adjusting to a life like this when she was not used to it. "Husband I think they get it." she said softly.

Linda was a sensible woman. She was used to having everything done for her but she still taught herself the smaller things like how to cook and clean. She liked to do these things sometimes herself because it was funner for her to give her servants a day off.

(The prince is still in his kingdom I will bring him in shortly)

The King calmed himself down after hearing his wife speak. He approached her and sat on his throne next to hers. "I apologize, my Queen," the King said. "My nerves are on edge, is it quite obvious? I do not mean to be rude to our dear servants. I just... Rosalia May... she comes so soon..." he sighed, then smiled. "I am wondering of how much an ideal person our little girl has blossomed to be..."

"Thanks for the ride, y'all!" Rosie yelled to the limo driver and chauffers that brought her to the castle. She grinned and turned, only to instantly awe-stricken. Her mouth dropped as she looked at the castle, the courtyard... all of the scenery. Two guards instantly were by her side to lead her inside.

"Husband do you not remember why we gave her away to be raised by normal people? Her life was in danger so we decided that it would be safer for her. Now that it is safe to bring her home we are ready for her. She grew up normal so you can't expect her to know if one or two little things were out of order." She said in an exasperated tone. She was just as ready for her little girl to be home. "Besides husband her betrothed is on the way over here and he will want to meet her also. She will be unprepared for an arranged marriage but it was so hard finding a prince to marry her."

Harold was in a limo on his way to meet his betrothed. He growled as he stared out the window. He hated the idea that his parents arranged this marriage for him and expected him to enjoy it. He was not at all happy about having to do this. He only hoped this princess would be worth his time and not a sniveling wimp like the few others he had met that his parents had wanted him to marry. This one was different. This time they had not given him a choice. They said either he marry this girl or he would be disowned. So he had no options.

The king simply sighed. He still felt that he had the right to be tough, but not because he wanted to be, but because it was his nature. Rosie would have known a long time ago, had she grown up there. "You also have forgotten that it is also because I am terminal, and the Queen never reins alone. Of course suitors in our bloodlines are only for Princes and Princesses. So we had to bring her back." Before he could further argue with his wife, a guard came in. "Milord, your daughter arrives," he said. The King thanked him. Afterwards, Arthur extended his arm to Linda. He argued with her a lot, but deep down he loved her a lot. He just succumbed to stress on more than just occasion.

It was that moment that Rosie walked in. She had a beautiful face and beautiful hair to the King, but her clothes were not the ones that a royal would wear. Long black shirt and shoes... This was not acceptable. But, the King knew she was going to have to be taught everything. He smiled.
"Welcome, Rosalia May," The King said, approaching to hug her. When the hug was done, Rosie also hugged her mother, and then stopped to look at the two. "Rosalia May?" She questioned, the King then mentioning that her real name was Rosalia May Anneliese Cindra Robertson. Rosie's mouth dropped.

Smiling the queen took his arm. She loved this man more than anything and knew that no matter what they would get along after the end of every argument. She smiled as she saw her daughter for the first time in years. "Hello daughter" she said in an even tone. "How are you doing today?" she asked in respect to the young girl. She nudged her husband. "Don't you have something to tell her?" She was not going to be the one to break the news about the arranged marriage.

Rosie grinned as she looked up at her mother. "I'm good... thank you," she said, still trying to cope with the fact that she was royalty. The King then had some servants show her to her new room and get situated. He turned to the Queen with a stiffened expression. "Now, my dear Linda, you know very well she will know soon, but... we must go easily into the subject. She will be surprised. In the commoners' culture, they do not marry this early."

"Well he should be on his way here. Therefore she needs to know who he is before he gets here unless you would rather introduce him as a friend." She looked out the giant window next to them to see how early it was. She turned and followed there daughter up the stairs. "Now first thing we must do is get you outfitted in something more suitable. The hairdresser will be in to do your hair and the servants will help you dress. We have company coming for dinner so you need to look your best."

Rosie nodded as they went upstairs. The flow of things was going by so very quickly, but she knew that she would have to adjust to things. "Uh, okay... uh, Mom," Rosie said, wanting to say that word to someone her entire life. When she got to her room, she was astonished at how big it was. There were lovely pink curtains and pink... everything. Pink was her favorite color. She loved the room, but she didn't have much time to enjoy it. The servants and hairdresser entered instantly. The Queen was escorted into the hall and the door closed while the servants and hairdresser worked their magic. The King met the Queen and opened his arm to her again as they walked down the hall.

"We shall break the news to her at dinner," The King said. "I am just worrysome about the response. She was raised by commoners. You know how the commoner youth is these days, what with their rebellion nonsense." He sighed. Soon, they were in a small commons area and a chef brought them some tea. Arthur had tea every afternoon.

Walking into the hall she smiled as she saw her husband with his arms open to her. She smiled and walked to him giving him a hug and a kiss. "Very well. Let us go to the foyer I think the prince will be here soon." She took off to the foyer to await his arrival.

Harold's limo pulled up at the castle and he got out escorted by his guards. He made his way to the castle door and rang the giant doorbell loudly.

Arthur took a hearty sip of his tea before following his wife. When the doorbell rang, guard flocked to the door to answer it. The guard from outside let Harold in, and the King grinned upon seeing Harold. He bowed. "Greetings, Harold, a wonderful and upstanding young gentleman for my Rosalia May." The King clapped his hands and all the guards dispersed, save for a few who stayed by the three.

Staring at him Harold smiled. "Thank you Sir." He bowed down and then bowed to the wife. "And greetings to you o queen You are as beautiful as your picture was. I hope your daughter is as fair." He said although in his head he was wishing that he was not here. There was no way this princess was worth his time.

Nodding at him she looked around her husband at the prince. "Indeed a pleasure to meet you." She surveyed him carefully making certain that he looked just right for her interests. He seemed very good and respectful.

"Do come into the commons," The King said. "Rosalia May is getting ready and dinner should be done in a little under an hour. Do make yourself at home and if there is anything that you need, I will see that a servant gets to you." He sat down and began to finish his tea. Meanwhile, Rosalia was being turned into a princess... or at least a princess look-alike. She didn't like the fluffy dresses and makeup; it wasn't really her personality.

Smiling the queen nodded at Harold. "Yes do come in and our servants will serve you tea." She made her way to the common room beside her husband and sat down sipping at her own cup of tea.

Harold followed them into the common room and sat down. He sipped at a cup of tea the servants offered him. "I love your castle. It looks wonderful." He said in a short phrase trying to be on his best behavior.

The King smiled, impressed with how the young man was carrying himself. "Why, thank you," Arthur said. "Once you have wed Rosalia May, this will all be yours. The servants are all very friendly and attentive, and this place is guarded 24-7." Arthur sipped his tea slowly.

Nodding the queen agreed with her husband. "Yes we know you will enjoy it here."

Harold nodded at the king and queen. "Thank you Thank you. I am sure I will enjoy it here indeed." He stood up and looked around the room as the servants signaled time for dinner.

The queen stood up and walked into the dining room with her husband and Harold. "Time to eat."

Harold followed them into the dining room and sat down at the seat of honor for a guest.

The King sat in his usual spot next to the Queen, and the seat of Honor was across from them next to Rosie's seat. Speaking of Rosie, at that time, servants came in, making a path for her to walk through. It was then that Rosie entered, with her hair curled and puffed up, and wearing a lovely dress. At first she looked wonderful and elegant, and then she tripped. The servants barely caught her, but managed to get her back in her feet. She walked over casually and sat down, waving to everyone in the room.

Frowning the prince stared at her. This welp could not be his future bride. That was not possible. How dare his parents team him up with an untrained girl who can't even walk properly. He sighed inwardly. This was not good.
"Greetings Miss I am Harold a prince and it is a pleasure to meet you." he said after a moment of sulking.

The queen just sat at the table sipping her soup waiting for the big announcement to take place.

Rosie simply looked at Harold and waved. She had no idea why he was there, perhaps he was her brother or something? "Sup, I'm Rosie," the new princess spoke in a casual tone, only for Arthur to frown and look at her. "Your name is Rosalia May," he said, then becoming silent as he tried to decipher what 'sup' meant. Rosie simply smiled at Harold. "That's my fancy name. You can just call me Rosie if you wanna."
