It's a legally binding contract drawn up by partners that divides/gives legal rights to each other regarding property and finances. It doesn't cover things like power of attorney, I don't think. Though those can be tackled seperately through other legal documents.

Rental dress is a popular wedding dress business model. We are not accustom to own dresses over here.

That actually sounds pretty cool. A lot of photo studios will provide pretty clothes for you to take pictures in.
