Like I said, wouldn't it be more logical...

And easier for Channah..

To just ask for premade scarves so she can sew them together? XD

It'd be like... Donating scarves would affect the bar much quicker.

Snow! I love snow!

I live in a part of California that never sees snow. I went to live in a state which had actual snow for an entire year, and I spent the entire winter soaking myself to the bone whilst playing in the stuff.

I was completely disillusioned, too: before then, I thought that snow was fluffy! And it's actually just really crunchy.

And clouds aren't fluffy either, apparently. Just wet.

My life has been nothing but lies, lies, lies! :cry:

@ Gambino ::

But if every user could donate a scarf, there's a big chance that everyone would donate different ones.
And if Channah sewed them to together it wouldn't be very appealing to the eye.
Tons of clashing colors and patterns.....
>>;;

@ Aislin ::

Actually there is some fluffy snow.
I'm not a fan of powder snow though, because it sucks when it comes to making snowballs, and when you try to sled on it, you'll generally sink down in it.

I live in the philippines, so I've never seen real snow.

Edit:

We could always use a pattern, like... A quest style thing.

It would be something like green red red red, etc.

And Channa would ask for the type of scarf that she needs.

Something like that.

That sucks Aislin... It snows here sometimes... Usually in January.
Hehe, crunchy yes but it can be kinda fluffy... I mean when you fall from skiing or snowboarding it feels very fluffy like a pillow. XD
I like to get wet...So snow is cool with meh. Lol.

Thats a bummer Alexendrus... Except I can't imagine the philippines being unenjoyable. hahaha. XD One day you'll see snow probably...

Hmm, true Butter. THere should be like a bunch different kinds and colors of scarves hahaha.x3

*messing with her PSP to figure out how to get a Mug materia out of FFVII:CC* ...damn, nothing working. Maybe I can get a friend of mine to drug a pizza for Greed? Or maybe some candy...?

*ahem* :ninja:

...well, so far I haven't found any way to make it possible to mug the brat. Looks like we're just gonna have to spread the word about the Half Principle. Not that there's a problem with that.

Plus, if we get that scarf done legitimately, the embarrassment will probably be even more painful than that spanking Greed's mommy should have given him long, long ago...:twisted:

@Aislin: You're not alone; I live in a part of California that never sees snow either. It's not uncommon for me to pretend I don't know what it is. XD

@ A. Gambino ::

Sounds like a beast to code.
The only problem is, that's not the way it is, and the poor green bar hasn't moved forward, substantially, in ages.
And are the tropics really that bad?

@ Thoth ::

Wait, that's not what I was saying.

@Butter: There is fluffy snow, but it doesn't stay fluffy when you lay down on it. I think that's a major design flaw.
Snowball fights were my favorite part about the year I spent in Oregon! I can throw a mean one. :yes:
Although some kids put rocks/dirt in snowballs. That's not so Kosher. :no:

@Thothy: Yeah, I don't mind the getting soaked part either. It's worth it.

@Alexandrus: Tropical has it's benefits, though. Except mosquitos. I'd like to live in a place where mosquitos don't exist.

@Amani: Oooh, how I hope we can complete the scarf legitimately!
And yay, Californians unite! I adore our state, even without the snow. Now admittedly the voters must be on something, recently, but for the most part California is filled with enough laid back and lovable people to make up for the periodic drought and lack of snow.

It's midnight here. Technically normal people do sleep at this hour. :sweat:
That's the other thing that California has: night owls. Lots of us.

Yes. Yes. The tropics ARE that bad.

Also, Yeah. I've been helping Greed, so keep trying. I'm pretty sure you can beat me since I'm just one person.

@ Aislin ::

I love that phrase!
And no, it's not "kosher".
Some people will be reall pricks and skip the snow and just throws chips and chunks of ice.

so in the last half hour or so, the green bar jumped from it's minimum spot just before the "c" of the first "click" to just above the left side of the yarn-o-meter label.
who in the world is on this late to make it go up that much in such a short time? (besides, uhm, me. XD)

Also, I've been spending my yarn, that's why. XD.

I wonder if I'm allowed to collect yarn with my mule...

@ Leenie: I totally think we should do our yarn dance to "Dance Magic Dance." It would be genius. You've seen Labyrinth, yes?

I used to knit! In middle school, and I would literally walk around with a yarn ball in my pocket and knitting needles in my hand at one point.

I stopped though. :(

Yay for the timer!

@Alex: I don't suppose I could convince you that you're sleepy? Do you respond well to hypnosis?

No naps if it gives you nightmares. But, you know, you could sleep for 10 or so hours. Or for, say, the rest of the event. :angel:

I'm not sure about that last bit-- you should ask about that on the FAQ thread.

Hmm... I just won't.

Anyway, I don't respond to hypnosis, but I'm trying to turn people to my side.
