Can one run in a stealthy way? Have you made any progress yet?

Ahhh, I really can't wait to move! This baby next door keeps squealing! Literally, I have no idea why anyone wants children. Cats are more than good enough for me!

Anyway, how has everyone been?

Eh, I'm alright. I haven't been up to much lately though I should be packing.

Packing is such a chore. >.< But you must be looking forward to the move!

I'm literally so excited to live in a house that's all ours. And also what it means. There's so much permance in a house so it feels like my life and our relationship is so much more permanant and stable as well. I want to live with Wingsy for a long, long time and I'm glad she feels the same! :D

And living in a house is wonderful, I just hope everything in the house is ship shape already, before you guys move in. Once you move in, it might be harder to renovate.

It's a fairly new home so things should actually be pretty good. We might paint what will become our library and we'll have to clean, but the house was occupied until it sold so it's actually in good shape as far as cleanliness goes.

A library? Oooh, that's going to be so cool!

We have sooooo many books so we basically need a whole room for them. There's this tiny alcove right past the foyer that's probably supposed to be a breakfast nook but will more than likely end up filled with bookshelves. It'll be so cozy!

I miss living in a house...ye gods, this year it'll have been over half my life has been spent in apartments or hell.

Kat - You guys will have to find the absolute comfiest chair, and unique reading lamps! They're the kind of things you can find at second hand stores for really good prices, especially if you're looking for something charming.

Taiyo- Apartments can be nice, but what I hated the most about it was having a landlord. >.< Though living with my parents ... lol Kinda the same thing in a way.

Made any progress in getting your own place, taiyo?

Papi: yeah, we'll definitely be hitting some garage sales after we move. We don't have enough furniture for a whole house right now. We at least need a table.

ooh, table shopping! What kind will you be looking for? I have this cute little, easy to carry, table that I got at an auction for 35 dollars. It's got flip out leaves, so it ends up being this reasonably sized square table. I mean, it's light enough to bring up two flights of stairs, and I adore it. ^^

That sounds like just the kind of table we want! Wingsy wants to get her parents' current kitchen table and convince them to get a new one. >.> It's got the leaves in it though so it can be a little or a big table. Our current apartment doesn't have room for a table so we've never had one.

Not even one of those outdoor patio set ones that's easily foldable and doesn't take up much room at all? That's what I got when I was in one of my first apartments.

If there are auctions over there, you could check those out too. Sometimes stuff goes for really good prices.

Taiyo have you ever lived in a trailer? I ask cause I got a few stroies about living in some. trust me when I say you never know. when some crazy person. left the the linging off and cats got under the trailer. that was nuts to hear at night cat's fighting just to mate.

Star- That sounds really noisy ... Though neighbourhood cats around here do sometimes get in fights, so even in a house you can get some of that. Though not right under the building, unless the cats get under the deck

Cameo-chan you have no idea how many nights. I had bang on my bed room floor with my feet are with the broom. yelling shut up you dang cat's! then after a couple of minutes they go back at it. shakes head

Hopefully you aren't in the same situation any more though!

I am happy to say it has been 11 years since that happen. I live in a house now just got to worry about my dog being to loud. lols
