I got to go to a couple of concerts. My favorite currently active band actually came to my state...couldn't miss it. Got to see them twice, shake hands with all of them at the end...it was amazing.

Totally worth missing half of the event. XD;

xD; I've never gone to a concert. I don't really support any bands in particular. That, and I'm not a fan of being crushed by fans on all sides. ;3; *claustrophobic??*

Haha, I really got the butt end of the crushing, I have to say. I pulled an all-nighter before going...legs were weak, so I got pushed over and stepped on three times the first night...then fainted twice - luckily I'm resilient and woke up quickly.

Then I fainted once AGAIN toward the end of the third night. Once again the shock of someone stepping on my foot woke me up right away, but...yeah.

I think the band now knows me as something along the lines of "the girl who wouldn't die." XD

... See? This is why I don't like concerts. If one thing goes wrong, everyone starts screaming and running. Even if they don't know why. Mass panic. And if you get pushed over or break your leg or something, no one can hear you shout for help. And you get your personal space invaded. D:

XD Actually no one really seemed worried when I collapsed and practically fell on them. Only my sister...and Takuya. Who had been flirting with me from the stage. Still in shock over that one. o_o

But yeah, I didn't get hurt badly anyway. Not like last year, when I fell down and landed very, very badly and ended up out of a job for several months as a result. XD;;
Actually the worse injury was when Miku hit me five times with a plastic hammer. Which was actually awesome. But I still have a bruise on my forehead. XD

I'm still amused that one of the people on stage was more concerned about me than anyone down on the floor with me. Including the people I almost squished. XD

Luckily, like I said, I'm very resilient. I can totally handle that kind of thing. |3;

But yeah, front rows at a general admission concert are generally not places for the weak or those with low endurance. |3;

D: Its not that I have low endurance. But I like my personal space, kthnx. And it seems kind of dumb to go somewhere when you're pretty much guaranteed that you're gonna get hurt in one way or another. Dx

@Dystopia: Heh, yeah, but in some cases it's worth it to me. Maybe that's just because I get hurt a LOT and basically don't see much difference between that and my normal activities, except for a lot of excitement...

I'd totally do it all again. I hope to one day fairly soon, actually. Maybe they'll be back next year...

I don't entirely get myself, really. XD All I know is...Miku hit me with a hammer, I made Takuya smile, I shook hands with the entire band, and falling down repeatedly was a small price to pay for that experience in my opinion. But I've always known I'm weird.

And now, so do a million and a half random tourists who were visiting Downtown Disney on Sunday. XD
