I'm a Canadian who lives alone, often works too much, volunteers regularly, and is upgrading their math. I've applied to a programming program so hopefully I'll be moving in August and leave retail hell to take up study hell. The days are 8:30 - 4:30, Monday to Friday. At least it's more consistent I suppose. So I can be rather busy but I hope to be on Menewsha regularly. Especially if I get the internet job I want. I may be able to keep Mene in a separate tab while I work.
Other ways I relax include extreme dot to dots, knitting, fiddling with crochet, writing to pen pals, haunting cafes, journaling, reading, and pretending I'm organized by using my bullet journal obsessively. I'm happy to teach you to knit. I do have experience teaching, though not much of it is virtual. I wouldn't mind changing that. I'm also open to helping you trouble shoot your knitting.
I'm really big on goal writing so I have a lot I want to accomplish in 2015. Some of which include relaxing, so I have planned to not be overwhelmed. We'll see how that goes. I could probably ramble about planning, planners, journals, writing, and the importance of keeping your head organized for far too long. Unless you're into similar things it may not be good to get me on that topic.
In the future I really want to dye my hair blue - similar to the shade of my avatar's hair. I can't right now because of work. But when I leave for school I believe it will be high on my to-do list. If I have kids I also really want to home school them. Other future plans of mine include road trips, learning American Sign Language and German, and to never stop journaling in some fashion.
I'm a non-binary person (specifically agender) but any pronoun works fine for me. I only get fussy when I'm forced under a heading like
hey ladies which I often am since I'm AFAB (assigned female at birth) and enjoy dressing in a stereotypical feminine way. If something is bothering me I'll tell you so there is no need to worry about that. Offence is only taken when you're purposefully transphobic.
Perhaps a little TMI: I'm also asexual, biromantic, and rather kinky. I'm engaged to the most amazing cishet man in my life. I am polyamorous, though other relationships aren't really something I'm seriously looking for. My fiancé and I starting dating without seriously looking for a partner, he just fell on my lap (literally) at a new years party, and I sort of expect that to happen with any other partner I do have (perhaps with less falling and less new years). If it happens it happens, if it doesn't it doesn't.
