There's only a handful of earthquakes I can even remember feeling here. Think the most feel-able one (and even that one was barely noticeable) was a 4.5 Richter around 40km from where I live, and that area gives maybe one earthquake every ten or so years.

As stated, I've only ever experienced one.

Most have gone through more than one, they just don't realize it.

I've gone through a handful of "this barely showed up on the graphs" quakes and a 2.somethinger at about 30-40km away beyond the one I mentioned above. Probably a few more, but none worth mentioning and nothing that's more noticeable than a truck driving through the street, feeling-wise. XD

EARTHQUAKES ARE SO WEIRD. I woke up at the end of one, and I was too tired to comprehend it, but looking back, THAT FELT SO WEIRD.

I've never been in an earth quake! Florida doesn't get them lol

I've only ever felt an earthquake twice in my life. The first one was when I was a kid and visiting Philippines. That one was scary, cause stuff were actually falling off tables and counters and doors were slamming open and shut.

So....don't laugh at me...this just caps my week.

We had our All-County rehearsal today for my AllCounty Chorus and Orchestra kids. We are so close to the performance center, we always walk. But I got a full-day sub (even though rehearsal started at 10) because I had to take over 3 bass xylophones, 2 soprano xylophones, 3 glockenspiels, and a cello. So my plan was to drive all the instruments over, come back and walk the kids over.

Well...I was wheeling one of the bass xylophones out to my car when it fell off the stand it was on and I went flying over it.

I didn't break anything...heck...didn't even bleed. But I'm really bruised up...foot, hand, knees...

and because it happened in the parking lot at my school, they have to treat it like a work accident...had to fill out a report and go for a drug test as soon as the rehearsal was over. OTL

Ouch painful, and what a bother for something that was just an accident, just because it happened at work. At least you didn't bleed!

It's so stupid OTL I didn't even think to report it but another teacher saw it as she was driving into work (I guess she had arranged to come in a little late that day) XD

The only good thing is that I got to go home early :P XDDD After the field trip, I left, did the drug test, and then the school told me just to go home since I had a sub all day anyway XDD

But I'm sore now OTL

Being ill frequently really can affect your motor control, balance and physical orientation, so that may play a role in being a clutz.

It can, -especially- if it includes swellings in the neck/head area or colds, flu and similar. Colds behind one or both of the ears are worst in my experience, but colds in the nose/forehead/eyes area don't exactly help either.

Anything that even slightly increases pressure on the eyes or brain can do such a thing. Anything that makes your nerves give off false signals to the brain can do so too.

That makes sense. I wonder! My ears have been popping for a couple weeks ago since I got sick again. Maybe that was part of it
